Very good

The hostel was clean..very central for most things.the staf were very helpfull.they cleaned your room every day.the aircon was fab..just what u need on a hot day

Bit noisy at times with late comers from the pub..but perhaps was just one of those days..

Great stay

Comfortable and really nice hotel. Good value for money.

Some noise from other guests, you could hear from the corridor. AC was a bit loud as well.

Very good

The staff at this location were extremely helpful and very friendly and welcoming. The location was PERFECT if you're looking for something close to the beach and boardwalk for dining and shopping. It honestly could not have been a better location. I work at a hotel in Canada, and we have high standards as well, so this hostel I was pleasantly surprised with to say the least. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for an affordable location in Ibiza. :)

Worth it.

It is amazing. Worth every penny! Staff was extremely helpful and positive, I really liked them. It is couple minutes away from everything you need and will stay there every time I go to St. Antoni from now on.

A weird smell was in the room but did not bother me after I opened the window.

Just view room was very dark as it was a small courtyard with no daylight getting in but was just somewhere to sleep so not too bothered

Good price/quality relationship.

Small room with a private bathroom. The AC was working perfectly, and that was something pretty important when staying in a beach place during summer. The staff was super friendly and the reception is open.

The bathroom didn't have ventilation so we had to keep the door open and the room window open.

Superb

The receptionist was very friendly and the room, elevator, entrance and so on were really clean and comfortable. Location was on a busy pedestrian street but not the part with the night club crowds. Quick access to the waterfront by foot.

I was disappointed that they couldn't charge us for two nights instead of three. We booked for 4 nights in Ibiza but EasyJet cancelled our flight and rebooked us on one two days later. However, the best the hotel could do was reduce our booking to 3 nights and tell us to go after EasyJet for a reimbursement of the 92€ lost on the extra night paid to Hostal Roca. We have yet to see the 92€ and have had a LOT of stress dealing with EasyJet. Hostal Roca should have charged us for 2 nights, not 3.

Would definitely stay again

We only stayed for 1 night as it was easier than getting multiple taxi's back after a stag do. Lovely little hotel and would definitely return.

Overall very good

Check in easy. One of receptionists was friendly. Cleanliness. Location was good.

The doors are noisy when they close so you can hear other people entering and leaving their rooms.

very nice budget hotel. it was very clean and great value for money. perfect location for us in the centre of Sant Antony.

would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room, since there is no breakfast option offered by the hotel

Good

The location was excellent and the room was very clean. The size of the room was ok . The staff was friendly, but the check in process took too long.

The hotel is very noisy not from noise outside but there is a lot on internal noise. You can hear every single sound that comes from the other rooms, bathrooms, the elevator (even though our room was far from it). Our room had a small window which looked within the building, so it was impossible to even hang a wet bathing suit,

Perfect location in the city center. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Room and bathroom are clean and room service did a good job.

There is no way to dry towels. Very limited space in bathroom which is not enough to dry shower towels (needed to be changed every day) and no space at all for swim-shorts/suits and beach towels which makes it very uncomfortable if things need to be used again wet on the next day. Would recommend to offer some small clothes horse to make this easier Can be a bit noisy at nights as not very soundproofed.

Excellent staff, clean and good price for single.

The staff is excellent esp the person who checked me in. She was trying her best to be helpful to all- offering to let people keep their luggage there for a few hours after check-out etc. This may have been a special occasion but one sensed the people here cared about service in a genuine way. The room was small (single) but comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. The shower worked exceptionally well too. It was a laid back vibe. I recommend.

It’s clean, great services, well located in San Antonio, few mins walk from vehicles rentals, shops, supermarkets, restos, few mins walk to the beach. Very good value of money!

First of all - Roca is closed and instead of Roca they are sending guests to Golden Sol Hotel that is 2 level upgrade , 3 stars hotel next to the beach for the same price. So it was stunning, Personal is super pro-clients and nice. It was just 10 in all categories.

Superb

Except two points mentioned above hostel is excellent. Staff on reception are EXCEPTIONALY kind and helpful. Location is perfect, rooms are excellent from price vs quality comparison. DEFINITELY will recomment this place to my friends visiting San Antonio. Thanks for all!

1) One thing could be improved in order for this hostel to get 10 out of 10. Doors should be fixed in order not to shut that loudly as they do now. 2) Some dirt on air conditioners.
