Location Bed Shower Cleanliness

There was no staff around at 8am. We were not aware how to come out of the building. Fortunately, we managed to use the fire exit and kept it ajar as we wanted to get some coffee and come back to the room. There was also no lights switched on along the corridor (both at 6pm and 8am).

Ambiance Dullness

The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The location was very good, close to the train station and the Basilica. The Lady at the reception was wonderful. She gave us the room early and served us lunch even when we were late. The lunch was very good.

Nothing. We liked everything.

The location is perfect for a pilgrim, a couple of steps from the basilica while also near to the Cathedral and Carmel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is basic, clean, and sufficient.

Breakfasts are not included and not so various, but it's very minor detail.

old style hotel, very religious decorations and an excellent size room! The place is pretty close to the Church.

hard to communicate if you don’t know French.

Excellent breakfast, super location, exceedingly warm reception.

The croissants were delicious and the juice good.
