La ubicación es buena,
La verdad me dejó sin ganas de volver:
1.- En la noche y en la mañana el agua salió templada, ya que salgo me dicen ya saldrá caliente y les digo pues para la otra ya a esta hora no me sirve.
2.-El extractor del baño no funcionaba, fui a HEB a comprar un aromatizante.
3.-Pedí una cobija extra y tardaron 30 minutos en llevarla porque solo dejan una por habitacion y son dos camas.
4.- Los canales de la TV se van y vienen se corta el audio
5.- El café del desayuno con sabor raro y el melón estaba muy verde (duro)
6.-La Gerenta Alondra Morales no supo cómo tomar el caso si mejor solución fue darme precio de empresa de 1270 en la siguiente visita.
Es una pena que una dos marcas de prestigio tengan estos problemas, yo soy Hotelero con hotel 2 estrellas más sencillo y no me pasa esto, yo cobrando 850 doy buen internet, agua caliente café delicioso y cobijas en la habitación.

Not been able to get all the family on the same floor even know I made the reservation ahead of time

Cosy bed, friendly staff. Unfortunately, most of them speak only Spanish. We managed to communicate using translating apps. They offer microwave oven and water during the day. Coffee is OK. Tea is also available.
Cleanliness - dirty floor, cleaned with dirty mop :/
Breakfast: always the same, few option to choose, a lot of plastics (forks, plates, cups, spoons, ...). Juice was nothing special, too much of water added.
