Location and the stuff

It’s not about the property but very welcoming personnel working in there. Very friendly, professional and always helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained, delicious breakfast and always smiling and chatting people. Also cool restaurant downstairs for work and just chilling. This hotel has its own soul. Perfect for a short stay.
Sometimes it can be too loud if people are partying in the adjusted room. Also felt the smell of smoking. And paper cups for the drinks at the breakfast.

Great location and helpful staff, very good restaurant too. Lovely to get an upgrade to a spacious room with a view.
The breakfast offer could be better. The meeting room was being refurbished so we had to go outside to another building and the entrance was still under construction - once inside facilities were very good.

The staff was excellent and friendly.
The location to stay in Ramallah was excellent too.
Finally, the food in the Vintage Café was tasty and very well prepared by the cook.

Nice location, good breakfast. Friendly staff.
The cost of taxi booked by the hotel to and from the airport was high, and should be more competitive, such as half the level charged. But the service worked well.

The room was wide and comfortable
Breakfast.
In the weekend evenings, the police closes the road that reaches to the hotel so I couldn't reach with my car, I had to park a bit little far away from the hotel

Breakfast was great; hotel centrally located and close to all major attractions, quiet and peaceful rooms that are relatively spacious and well furnished.
While the hotel room was well designed and laid out, it was in need of minor renovation / refresh. As it is situated in the heart of town, expect some traffic noise from the streets below. Generally the noise dies down around 11pm.

I have stayed there twice. As an architect, I was very impressed by the thoughtful, elegant design and attention to detail, whether in a large or small room. Fabulous artwork by noted graphic artist Rand Dabbour !

The staff was friendly and helpful, although their English wasn't great.
The breakfast was tasty; some days there was a buffet, and on other days they served the breakfast and drinks.
The hotel is relatively close to the shopping streets and within walking distance.
Initially, there was a mix-up with my room reservation, after I brought it up at the front desk they were able to provide me with the room I had originally chosen.
Sometimes it was difficult to communicate with the staff in English, but they tried to be helpful nonetheless.
