Room was dirty and smelled bad. The hotel is at least 60 years old and does not appear to have been cleaned or upgraded since opening.

They did not tell about the hotel, which has two categories, class A and standard (in standard it is very outdated, the TV from the 80s does not work and they do not even have a single channel, there is no parking, the Wi -Fi does not work in the room...)

Only the actual front view from the balcony, facing the sea, although lots of cans and rubbish in the yard in front.
Quality: Even in the backpacking hostels standards are better. It is a dirty place, inside the hotel, and outside, with rubbish in the yard, front garden, and beach. Comfort and Standard should call budget as they are both way too expensive for these damaged, ruined and dirty facilities. It is lower than the budget style of backpacking hostels in the poorest countries in Africa or Asia.
Beach: YOU HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA €8 FOR ROCK called BEACH and the FACILITIES EVERY DAY. So ridiculous. Btw this rock beach also smells and is dirty. Not worthy. Suggestion - go to better rocks or sandy beaches nearby. Highly recommend a long and wide beach behind the cliff. I walked there from the beginning to the end of the beach and also drove. Nice restaurants at the river. Highly recommending.
Food is served on the ruined, stained table clothes which had been washed millions of times and look like rugs not table clothes. The restaurant is also not so clean. Food was nothing special plus I had found EGGSHELLS IN SCRUBMLE EGGS. The chef does not care so much about how the food taste or how it is served. Because of the entire look and feel of the place, the food was not as tasty as could be.
Restaurant staff are so so slow, with no English or the bare minimum. At the reception, not all staff could speak English.
The hotel and restaurant look like before I was born. If you wanna Time Travel, go for it. :D The entire renovation of the building to meet the standard of the hotel, and the XXI century. It looks and feels like a ruined poor hotel from 1970-90. When the proper investors from e.g. ALL - Accor Live Limitless would come, this hotel might actually look and feel as in the XXI century, because it has great potential due to its location, especially for those who travel not only in Montenegro but as well towards Albania or those who likes nature.
The entire building both parts Comfort and Standard must be renovated and updated. Both are dirty, damaged, run-down, stained furniture, carpets, walls, windows, doors, bathtubs, tiles, everything. It is an empty postcommunist building with no proper planning. The hotel doesn't really care about what is around or inside. I had an opportunity to be asked while checking out by the hotel manager what I think about the facilities actually in front of the hotel owner. It seems that hotel staff ( a manager and receptionists) would like the proper change and might even care, but the owner doesn't hear or want to hear what guests and staff do think, that a place is dirty, ruined, damaged, stained, and it is actually a scam. This place has a huge potential due to its location (a few steps to the cliff, the peaceful edge of town, nature, a long sandy beach just behind the cliff, and a sea view from all rooms) but the owner doesn't think and care about possible investors to update the place to the standard of XXI century. To my question about the business, while the manager was asking me what I think, the owner replied - "all is going well". Total arrogant and ignorant answer. The owner cheats on travellers by not showing what exactly the place looks like on booking and other websites and the staff need to keep smiling to not lose the job and every time explain the situation to the guests. If you travel a few months and stay for a couple of days, arrived late, you just want rest. I changed Standard to Comfort in both parts building is a mess, dirty, stained, ruined, and damaged. No big difference except the size of the rooms and bathroom and properly closed doors as in standard door to the balcony in two rooms (as I request to see more) was broken. Lift is not safe in both parts of the building either. Wi-Fi is not working in the bedrooms in any of the parts of the building, only poorly in the reception area and restaurant.

The only thing what is quite acceptable is the location. The spot itself is quite nice, standing alone in quiet rocky secluce under the pine trees. And, we were lucky with the restaurant service provided to us by one of students on summer job. One of the girls made excellent job with splendid eager. However, I could not say this about the rest of the staff.
I cannot recommend this hotel at all!!! This hotel is mix of many bad old communist habits. BEWARE and read carefully before you make booking:
1) Reception staff tried to keep our IDs/passports immediately after arrival with statement that they will return them to us only at the end of the stay. We refused and quarrel started, staff showing many passports in their back in the cabinet with keys (are these people really so stupid???) and I was insisting on returing our IDs/passports immediately back. I was prepared to call the police (nobody in any country in the world can keep your personal travel documents) but in the end they said they will return them immediately if we pay right now. We did, passports were returned.
2) Building itself is old communist concrete block of flats with "paper" walls. You hear almost everything what happens next door.
3) Most of the guests are from Serbia, Albania and Montenegro. Those people came there to have the party on the balconies and terraces, most probably right next to your balcony or terrace, and they do not respect that somebody wants to have a good rest and quiet environment to relax, so you will have to listen to endless conversations on the next balcony until very late night or even morning. And believe me, these people are very loud even if they talk about common things, not speaking about if they make party till 4am.
4) Twin beds are wavy like the ocean. If one moves even a little, the other one is moved in opposite direction. Imagine this for your whole stay.
5) Bathrooms looks very worn, even in Comfort room. Shower is too short to put over the head when standing in the bath tub and the pressure of water is very weak. Standard room does not even have curtain arounf you, so you can imagine how bathroom will look like after you took the shower.
6) The closest beach smells like sewage. It really does! We better found another place to swim.

They let us in at 7 a clock in the morning to do check-in. The Hotel is located in very good area with a fresh air and nice beach.
Is very old building, there is no wifi in your room. Also no hair dryer! The breakfast can be better also.
The lift doesn't work well, we remain closed inside for 2 minutes.

The location was amazing, the beach was great and clean.
The hotel is very old, the elevator is scary.
