We got late to arrive and was worrying about dinner. Hotel called and asked about our dinner and they offered us a fantastic dinner for good price.

nothing in particular but informed the Management that they need to have a room weighing scale or any other scale upto 15 kg measurement to weigh your luggage especially when traveling in Domestic flights the permitted main luggage is upto 15 kg

The rooms were just fantastic. Thanks to Booking.com we got a free upgrade to the Grandeur Suite and the ambience of the room, spaciousness and the room amenities were truly fantastic. The room service was quick and helpful. The staff were friendly and the hotel was conveniently located to the church too (just around a km away). The hotel arranged for an auto pick up to the church too which was again very convenient. All in all a truly great experience.

Drinking water. The hotel should place good branded packing water rather than hotel packed water. Some issues with TV channels.

Breakfast was very ordinary it was pre dominantly South Indian based they need to consider that other guests from different parts of India also stay here as well as guests from overseas staff are very rigid on selection of breakfast items

I requested a family room of 4 and a single room for my mother which they didn't fulfill. They were unaware of it and accepted only when I showed in documentation form.
