Not the best spot

The young man at reception was very professional and polite. Instant hot water in the room.

Neighbours smoke right outside the rooms. Not very sound proof. No balcony. The bedside light wouldn't turn on. Very worn-out furniture and the whole room really could do with some TLC.

It was a lovely place to stay, with lots of space and in a quite part of Canberra.

It was a massive room for the price. I could easily sleep 5 people in the one room.

The bathroom had quite a bit of mould on the roof. There was no air circulation in the bathroom either, so moisture would gather there.

the noisy men in another room talking loudly and swearing at each other at 1.15 am, this however is not the fault of the Motel

Superb

It would have been good if they served breakfast but I still had a comfortable and quiet stay. The room was nice and clean also.

The lack of a kitchen for breakfast and room service. But a cafe was only about a kilometre away.

Affordable

Quite old and run down. Holes in the carpet, one of the beds had ?sugar spilled all over it. We checked in late at night and left next morning so it is adequate if all you need is a bed and shower but I wouldn't want to stay any longer.

love coming here for an affordable and good value stay in Canberra.

conveniently located for my purposes, down to earth country style motel. clean and spacious in the family room. includes fridge, toaster, kettle, plates, glasses etc convenient for making breakfast. reception on hand and helpful.

everything was as expected.

for a short stay for work it would suffice, but not if you were on holidays. however, I have seen that the property has

Mold and cobwebs in the bathroom and a too soft bed for my back.

shampoo conditioner etc was in refill containers rather than little plastic bottles plenty of room - lots of beds in our room ! nice compact design of shelving for kettle tv etc

the moisturiser had run out !! in refill bottles in bathroom don’t think there was an extractor fan in bathroom

It was ok

Good to get a phone call with the details on the keys would be left in the room as I was arriving late.

There were dirty towels from the previous visitor left in the bathroom.

Best value for money I've spent in a long time. Nothing bad to say.

Location was perfect. The back smoker's verandah was awesome

The step into the bathroom got me a couple of times. The light was right next to the tv,that was a little distracting.
