The staff was really friendly and helped us with all our questions. They even stayed longer so we could check in late coming from Thailand. Basic room but had everything that we needed.

The bathroom was really small and people could smoke in the corridors of the hotel. Location was a bit far from the old center and we payed more here then in places similar to this.

Location was great. Middle of town. Room was decently big. Clean. Price was reasonable. Front reception guy, Mr Shankar was a huge help and extremely friendly. Helped us with parking, places to visit, man does everything. When we were checking out we were taken care of by Ms Chai. Also extremely friendly lady and very helpful.

Nothing! Well...wish it had more parking bays but that's not the hotel's fault.
