They say it’s a 4* hotel, but the conditions are of a 2* hotel. The bathroom towels that we received everyday had a terrible smell. The food was terrible and when I complained about it, considering I am pregnant, the staff told me to eat rice and fruits. All the juices and cocktails had such a low quality. They say that they provide pool towels, but only if you pay for them, although it s an ‘all inclusive’ hotel. The pool shower was an improvisation that you don’t find even at a 2* hotel. See picture. When I complained about all this, they tried to change our room with a “luxury” one according to them, but the room was at the basement and had a terrible smell of mold. Also, another shocking thing for me was when I went to ask for shower gel, because the cleaning lady forgot to give us, the reception lady gave us one piece, and when I told her that we are 2 persons and we need 2 she told me that she need to keep it for the others. 😱 In conclusion, go to this hotel only if you want to ruin your holiday, like we did.

truly great time, relaxing, friendly staff and great position to stay
friendly, relaxed and lovely staff. very attentive and our maid was so lovely. just a great little relaxing for the both of us .
Nothing enjoyed all of it though we stayed mid September but the pool was pretty cold so didn’t really go in it and not sure on the all inclusive drinks to taste much. however, we went out quite a few nights so couldn’t fault anything for the price. defo stay again.

Really good choice of hotel and would come again.
excellent location.. minutes from the beautiful beach which has a nice restaurant too. minutes walk from other restaurants and bars in case you want to eat out. everything was clean, big balcony and good views. reception staff especially Christina was fantastic!! friendly, helpful and just great!! big thank you.
we went during end of September so some evenings we could have done with the air conditioning off! but we didn’t know how to switch it off so it was cold. the breakfast and snack bar is very basic. could had been better. but dinners options were nice.

Great staff, poor room
Excellent location. Only 2 minute walk to Crystal Beach and 5 minute walk to Kalamaki Beach and strip. All staff were hardworking and nice enough.
Very strong drain smell in my Junior Suite Seaview room number 403. Drain in the shower was blocked every single time we had a shower. Our jacuzzi was very dirty with dust and someone hair. Restaurant and bar was super small. Felt uncomfy and not relaxing. Smell of cigarettes in our room. No toiletry kit in bathroom, only handsoup and 2 toilet rolls provided. The hotel needs a good maintenance especially for Junior Suite Seaview Room. Sorry to say it is overpriced for what we get. Very disappointing.

Great value for money (close to beach, quiet, clean and spacious room, reasonable food variety)
Staff was very helpful and kind (e.g. reception lady offered much needed information about our stay in Kalamaki and helped us reserve a night taxi to the airport). Of course such things are expected from a 4-star hotel, but it is worth mentioning that our quite spacious room (first floor) was cleaned, checked (always had enough toilet paper, towels were replaced), and arranged (bed was always made, no matter how well-made we left it) on a daily basis. I enjoyed the variety of the food, especially during lunch and dinner. Also happy about the snack time between lunch and dinner, as one day me and my partner had to skip lunch due to a half-day excursion and we were happy to return and enjoy some really tasty sandwiches and mini-pizzas at the hotel. Wi-fi was generally fine and reliable (more for browser searches and quick checks on social media, rather than uploads/download, which would take longer than if I were to use my own data). The signal seemed poorer in the evening/at night. I was surprised to see they only offered soup/broth for dinner, as in my country it is rather served for lunch.
I enjoy a good coffee, but I almost always drink herbal or fruit tea for breakfast, as I don't really need caffeine in my body. I was a bit sad to see they would only serve only one type of tea, i.e. black tea in tea bags (classic black tea without additional flavor). In exchange, I switched to milk coffee from the coffee machine and it was delicious. No idea what brand it was, but the aroma was so pleasant that I drank it every day without really missing my morning tea. Our room had a balcony with one table and two chairs. We layed our wet towels and bathing suits to dry on the chairs in the sun, but I wish we had a clothes dryer, so we could use the chairs as they were designed to. I found the machine juices to be quite poor in quality and almost tasteless (sometimes mixed with water, as the machine can also pour water), but it didn't affect my mood much, as I don't go crazy for them anyway. The liquid soap provided by the hotel for washing (hands / body / hair) was of poor quality. I'm pretty sure the recipient from the shower was filled with anything but shower gel/shampoo (didn't lather whatsoever). I was fine with that, as I used my own products, but my partner wasn't as happy. Not a show-stopper, of course, just take it as a remark that you might have to bring/buy your own products, if hand liquid soap isn't good enough for you.
