I recommend staying at Margarita Napa Apartments!

Nice apartments for relevant sum. In room is condicioner, we add one more for additional money. The rooms are clean, towels are changed and room are cleaned every few days. Very good location - nearby is the main street with shops and cafes - for everyone's taste and budget. Ayia Napa's main party street is also 6 minutes away. A lot of clubs, in the evenings with a lot of people! The apartments are in a very good location - right between the main street and the party street, so it's not noisy, but it's not far either. Beach is 10 min of walk. The beach zone is big - sometimes rocks, sometimes sand. The beach zone is big It is possible to rent umbrella and 2 beds for 7.50 EUR. Many attractions on the water. Lots of car rentals, scooters and quad bikes. Quad bikes from 45/50 EUR per 24h. I recomandate stay in Margarita Napa Apartments!

Could have had more kitchen utensils! There was also no dishwashing liquid, spices!

Prefect located apartment with helpful staff

The apartment was located the best spot of Ayia Napa,The main road with all the shops were next to us.We were also lucky and we got a sea-view window so every morning i could drink my coffee with a nice view.The stuff was incredibly helpful and kind.We could turn to them anytime with anything.I would be happy to go back again for our next visit.We were really satisfied during our stay.

The advantage and the disadvantage was also that the apartment was located next to the main road, so it was pretty noisy and many people passed under our window during the night.This is something that you have to accept if you stay in the centre.One more thing could be useful if the rooms could have clothes-horse to dry our wet towels after the beach and shower.

The location is great.

Unfortunately not all the rooms are like the pictures. You can tell it's an old building and even though it's clean our room had a constant bad smell that we could not get rid off. Also we had to pay extra for AC and we stayed 4 nights and our room was not cleaned while we were there.

wouldn’t never return and I’ll advice to everyone.

English plugs

the toilet was leaking everywhere and staff didn’t do anything until 3 days later even after telling them one the first night, we asked to speak with a manager and the manager said he didn’t want to know. the shower kept falling down so had to hold it whilst showering. the window was broken so couldn’t completely close it so the aircon wasn’t working as well which we had to pay for.

There was a balcony. The beds were comfortable. The location was near restaurants and entertainment. The shower water was hot. The bedrooms were well ventilated and not hot, so no need for the AC.

There were 2 bugs, 1 under the bed and 1 that crawled in under the door. Toilet paper was not stocked. No windows in the bedroom, but there was a balcony. WIFI was slow and we couldn't connect to the bedroom wifi, only the receptionist wifi, had to use 3G the rest of our stay. The balcony wasn't clean.

Disappointing

No TV working Noisy Not clean One of the lights had no switch connected to it and we had to cut the power supply each night. As a result electricity supply was cut off the plugs as well and could not charge the phones.

A cheerful family place with a smiling receptionist.

The reception lady was kind and helpful. She tried to solve all our requests immediately. The people working there were friendly. Everything was super good. I will go back again sometime with the family.

I can't say. The only thing that went wrong was the air conditioning, but they fixed it immediately and by the end we forgot there was a problem. ;) So I think everything was the best possible. :)

5 Euro per day Extra charge of AC, missing cable for electric kettle and toaster, bathroom door need renovation, you have to add buff in the bathroom to clean the floor after a shower.

Nothing very bad bad sofa and broken chairs the handles in the shower are rusty as well.

To start with the picture does not reflect the room ..A/c. Was at extra cost but was not mentioned , saw it after the booking and the only way I could pay was Only cash wish I did not have so we had to stay in the heat . The lady at reception is more of a detective then the receptionist. In my opinion booking.com should take a real step to those lies they are putting on the internet. Overall 0% happy Would recommend to no one to Go there. Note : we checked out the Same day

The room was close to reception and had no window, but had the exit to the little outside area with a table. My mistake that I didnt check room facility. The shower holder needs changing. It was barely attached.

Great value for a price ☺️

Rooms are clean and furniture is new, location is great and has all you need very close by -phramacy, supermarket, restaurants, bars...

It can be a bit noisy sometimes, due to location.
