I am enjoying my stay at elite world business and I must say that the service provided by the waiters Eren and Efe is amazing. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, they greeted me with warmth and hospitality, making me feel welcomed and right at home. Throughout my stay, Eren and Efe went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and no request was too big or too small for them. They constantly checked up on my well-being and provided me with any necessary assistance. They even went as far as to make special arrangements and brought me suhoor meals in my room. Their attention to detail and exceptional service truly made my stay at the hotel unforgettable. Eren and Efe were not just hotel waiters, but they were also ambassadors of Turkish hospitality. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and excellent service. If you are looking for a hotel with exceptional service, I highly recommend staying at this hotel and experiencing the amazing service provided by Eren and Efe. You will not be disappointed!

The only thing I liked was the area.

The stuff was unprofessional and rude. The hotel was nasty nothing like the pictures, they had charged for almost everything like sugar and ice. Don't pay for honeymoon decorations ( waste of money the arrangements was awful with ugly plastic cheap flower and 2 small bears Ballon. The hotel was dirty, especially the sheets and the mirrors and the bathroom. PLEASE DONT WASTE MONEY ON THIS HOTEL FOR THE PRICE YOU CAN BOOK A LAUXAURY HOTEL . MANAGEMENT AND STUFF WERE SCAM THEY WERE CHARGING FOR EVERY SMALL ITEM. NO IRON NO HAIR DRYER AND NO refrigerator.

Maintenance . Water leaking for the shower everywhere out of the shower cap. Also sound isolation is very poor you can easily hear people next room

Everything was perfect.Very clean rooms, special bfeakfast and all the employees were so helpfull. All the receptionists and specially Can, Koray, orkan, eray, anil are 100% Profesional and very kind. Thank you guys. We will come back again. I recommend this nice hotel

It was a very good stay overall. I really liked the room, the gym and SPA. Very special thanks to Ozkan and Anil for their help and support as it was my first time in Turkey for business. They helped me with things how to save money on travel to the trade show all the way to great currently exchange points.

I think that breakfast could have been a bit better. That's the only comment I have for this.
