Ils font des économies de bout de chandelle

La taille suffisante de la maison pour une famille

La télévision est payante en 2024 (on se croirait dans un service hospitalier), même si nous ne sommes pas des accrocs aux programmes télé, ça ne met pas très à l’aise. Le service nettoyage est payant (65€ a 100€), du jamais vu. Sachant que nous avons eu la maladresse de faire tomber un savon sous le meuble à Sdb et que c’était plein de poussière dessous qui devait être là depuis un moment. Aucun Kit de bienvenu (le strict minimum: x1 sac poubelle/Eponge, ça coûte 1 euro à faire), il faut donc tout prévoir et pour un court séjour ça ne met pas à l’aise La terrasse extérieure est très petite et très à proximité de ses voisins (aucune intimité) On rend le logement à 10:00 maximum et le prend à 17:00 et pas avant, c’est dommage de ne pas pouvoir le récupérer plus tôt et partir plus tard Manque façade de lave vaisselle dans la cuisine / Serpillière, papier toilette

Friendly staff, very nice park, very good swimming pool.

For this price range disappointing furniture, way too few shelves or wardrobes for storage, primitive shower and very uncomfortabele beds.

Pleasant

The park was available just a few days in advance, plenty of shops for resupplying, St Malo harbour is within a short drive. Two swimming pools.

Quite expensive for what it is - we have had quite a few hotels with cleaning and half-board that were a fraction of the price. The staff are friendly and professional but very thinly spread. There is a lot that could be done in maintenance, the apartment and grounds were a bit tatty.

the most dreadful place we’ve ever stayed!

very hard to find! not sign posted! dreadful accommodation, smelt of wet dog! outdoor pool was green! we cut our stay by 4 days, couldn’t bare to stay longer.. would have left sooner, had there been a ferry home!

Good value as a place to stay to see St. Malo and environs.

The accommodation was clean and the kitchen adequately outfitted. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The place was well hidden behind a dialysis center and a wedding reception venue. Nothing much within walking distance.

Awful. Expensive rip off with not even the basics provided.

the indoor pool is quite good

Lots of negatives. English speaking ‘lady’ at desk is abrupt and has almost no customer manners. Cost is high relative to other options in the area. We stayed the previous night at a cheaper beautiful place 3 minutes away with everything included. Unfortunately the other nights were booked so we stayed at Nemea for the rest of our time at St Malo. Here we are charged for a very poor wifi, charged also for towels. €10 for a hand towel and a small bath towel that certainly costs less than that to buy. You have to make beds and strip them at the end otherwise you are charged. The reception is hardly open and closed all Wednesday. Nothing is provided. No soap. No dish cloths. No dishwasher soap for the dishwasher. No sponge or anything to wash up in the sink. This was the worst place I have stayed in a very long time and especially annoying as it is more expensive than much much better options in the vicinity. I would strongly advise against staying. I met two other guests during my stay that felt the same.

Most of services are fullfiled as mentioned with my scores the location is clean except some undelicated people who forgot to pick up their dog s rejections and not cleaned by the staff. They should have signalisations about this issue. Thd kitchen is well furnished with the dishwasher nicd zbd wuiet and the washing machine in the laundry very useful

There is no enought cupboard in the bedrooms and bathroom. you have to put your belongings on he floor a d this is not acceptable

Horrible stay

The apartment was small, was not properly cleaned and had very basic equioment. The made you clean the room (including glass and toilets) and take 300 euro caution. It is located far away from city center in an area with nothing around. The reception is only open 4 hours each day. I will not stay here again.

Roomy flat, nice pools, quiet and well-located

Very roomy flat, nicely equipped. The pools are nice and the inside one is a big plus with kids. The whole residence is very quiet. Unfortunately the flat was not very clean upon arrival, in particular the terrace furniture, the kitchen floor and the sinks, there were some webs in the corners too, some light bulbs were missing and got fixed quite fast by the staff. It felt like no one had prepared the flat after the lengthy lockdown period. Overall nothing unbearable and we really enjoyed the flat but a few misses to make our stay perfect.

Cleaning. Spider webs inside, sticky floor, dirt on outdoor furniture, stains in bathroom sinks. We have been told bedsheets would be in the flat while we had to pick them at the laundry. Restrained opening hours for check-in/out.
