Location great, flat spacious and well provided with facilities

Very spacious and light filled apartment right by the cathedral in the old town. We enjoyed having cooking facilities and a separate bedroom. Decorated very nicely and good soundproofing. Sanja was very also very communicative and helpful when my husband accidentally stepped on a sea urchin while out swimming (beware when swimming near rocks!)
Minor but the way the blind was fixed to the window in the bedroom meant it didn’t make the room completely dark (we were travelling with a 2yo, otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed!)

Sanja was amazing at text communication before and during our trip! Unfortunately, we did not get to meet her in person because she was out of town. The apartment is in an incredible location by the cathedral.
Fyi, there is an alternate route to avoid the stairs at the main city gate.
Sanja can tell you about it.
Sanja provided excellent directions with photos of the outside door that were helpful.
Once you enter the building, there are two staircases up to the first floor. She kindly said we could leave our heavy bags on the landing so we didn't have to take them all the way up to the apartment.
The apartment is clean and attractively decorated.
She had made the day bed into a regular bed for my friend. I slept in the bedroom.
It was cold in early April when we went, but the heaters worked very well.
Thank you!
Being a very old building, sometimes a bad smell will come from the pipes.
I don't think anything can be done about it. It is just part of staying in a historic area.
The mattresses were too firm for us, but might be great for other people.

Excellent instructions to find apartment. Everything we needed was there.

The apartment was perfectly positioned, right outside the church in the middle of Korčula Old City. It was large and roomy, with excellent air conditioning. We had a super comfortable stay and slept very well; the bed in the bed room was especially comfy.
You can cook in the kitchen, but it can be a bit tricky if you intend to do more than fry a couple of eggs as it wasn't very well organised and also lacked many implements and a dish washer.
As you need a key to open the front door to the building it was scary from a fire safety perspective: if evacuating you cannot get out if you forget the key and there are no windows.

Everything. Location right in the old town, its generous proportions, clean and great value for money. Sanga our host was exceptional.
There was nothing to complain about.

What was not to like about staying in the centre of the Old town of Korcula. Intially going up the stairs we were mmmm, but never judge a book by its cover. Once we opened the door wow. Really had a great ambience to the place.

We liked the location and character of the flat in the old town with a sea view and easy access to everything that we wanted. We loved the vibrant atmosphere outside, yet the flat wasn't noisy.

The property has an old world charm. Brilliantly located on the waterfront in the old town with everything on the doorstep. Great value for money considering this is a two bedroom apartment. Lots of space, great ambience with a well equipped kitchen. Sanja was a great host with lots of communication and the information provided ensured our stay was packed with loads to do.
The bathroom needs updating but that’s a minor niggle.

A lovely apartment at the heart of Korcula. The host, Sanja, was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended place!!!

Location, location, location.
The apartment is located inside the old town so you are close to absolutely everything.
The apartment is old, however, you can see the owners tried hard to make it feel cosy, organised and clean.
Highlights of the apartment:
1. Beautiful little balcony facing the Adriatic Sea and Korčula’s food scene
2. Two big bedrooms
3. A huge living area
4. Warm welcome with homemade almonds/peanuts and a note
5. Washer machine... great addition while on a beach holiday.
The apartment only has a small AC unit on the kitchen. Which, of course, does not have power enough to cool any other part of the huge apartment. There are two fans, but not potent enough. We placed the most “powerful” fan at the kitchen, below the AC, and directed the fresh air towards the main bedroom. It did the trick during the night.
This huge apartment has a very small and odd bathroom. I guess the is part of the old town charm, but prepare for a bit of weird experience (the shower curtain could do with a wash).
We only used one of the bedrooms, the larger one. To us, the mattress wasn’t too comfortable. They are two single mattresses joint together by a fine mattress topper to form a queen or king bed.
The directions given by the property were unnecessarily confusing. We found ourselves going through the old town, up and down, upstairs, downstairs and in the middle of a summer hot day. Please note that’s not necessary at all... we have made three little maps for you, one map if you arrive by passenger boat (they call it “catamaran”, not ferry), and the place where the catamaran moors is next to the old town (easy!). Second and third maps if you arrive with your own car by ferry (to them ferries transport cars and passengers)... if that’s the case, you will arrive in a port 40km away from the old town. We would suggest you to park in the expensive parking next to the old town so you can easily take the luggage to the apartment, then, move the car to the shopping center close by the old town (about 5-10min walk, a bit uphill but totally ok).

Sanja is a great host, we did very easy check in and thanks to very detailed description of where to eat and go to beach we had great time on the island. Appartment is very nice and comfortable with the amazing view to the sea and part of old town. We enjoyed staying there
Noisy neigbours but when the windows are closed, isolation is good and nothing can be heard from the outside.

Location was excellent - on Korcula's "eat street", with lovely views across the water to the Pelješac Peninsula. Nicely furnished with some antiques. Host provided detailed directions on how to get to the apartment.
Bathroom was tiny but did the job! Was a little noisy at night from the restaurants below.

The apartment is in the center of the city, next to the main square. The location is excellent, it's convenient for sightseeing and catching the boats for local trips to nearby islands. The apartments has been refurbished recently and the kitchen is well equipped. The size is perfect for 4 people. The beds are comfortable and the places is very clean. The hosts (Sanja and her husband) were very friendly and helpful and they sent a detailed handout with essential tourist information on Korcula few days before our arrival. Great value for money, highly recommended :-)

I wanted to give this place a 10 because it’s such an amazing experience to stay in an old house right in the heart of the town with such an amazing view. The owner was a great communicator who sent us lots of information in advance. Thank you!
It’s an old building so there are a few minor maintenance issues. In the middle of summer it was quite a hot apartment to stay in with the air conditioning only effective is a small area of the apartment.
The apartment had a lot of glass cabinets & display items which made us a little bit anxious with kids.
Having said all this it was an amazing place to stay in the heart of the Old Town!

Very charming and spacious apartment in the old town of Korcula with wonderful views of the Adriatic from your balcony. Lovely host that is very helpful. We especially loved the fact that you could cross the street in your bathing suit and take a swim in the sea with the locals. Do not forget to wine and dine at Lole, the wine bar underneath the apartment.
