Wish you luck should you decide to give it a try to stay at this hotel…!!

Beside good location… the hotel’s staff was really bad attitude when I approached them to check the toilets issue!! Don’t think any hotel allowed to have such front desk staff with such attitude to provide services when the guest first arrived at the hotel!! Guess we are getting what we are paying for… cheap and bad services!!

strategic location, near mall and a lot of stores needed - wide room and toilet

cannot leave luggage at lobby at all eventhough for a moment - no toiletries provided - there are cockroaches but the small one only

Cannot leave luggage at lobby and has to pay for extension. Staff inflexible and unfriendly. Water pressure v small. Some rooms encounter coakroach and lizard.

Bad attitude of reception counter staff

Value for money

The old man at the reception counter was terribly rude. Not didn't he greet us when we approached to the counter, as I started asking him if there were rooms available, he came out with the answer"check-in time 2pm"unwillingly. Then looked away. I'm a frequent traveller & I have never been treated like that by anyone at a hotel reception counter (which usually leave a first impressions to guests) before this.

Its location. Near to Kluang mall and eateries.

No Floor towel provided. Shampoo dispenser is not working and no shampoo. Toilet paper dispenser has limited supply.
