En realidad el hotel es muy acogedor, las instalaciones son muy bonitas, todo muy limpio y lo mejor es el trato hacia los clientes

Lugar limpio y con buena ubicación. Personal bastante servicial aunque la venta de productos como aguas, gaseosas y otros son muy caros teniendo presente que solo hay una tienda cercana (La Virreyna) que cierra temprano.

Me aplican un cobro adicional del 3.5% cuando pago mi estancia con uso de la tarjeta de crédito. No poseen letrero con esa indicación pero tampoco debiese aplicar por poseer varias transacciones con montos altos.

Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Location is excellent. Staff very friendly. They were repairing the pool which can happen but the area looked really nice, toilet and shower, everything you need.

Unfortunately there were mosquitoes in the room at night. Maybe the net at the window in the bathroom (which is open) was not 100% sealed.

Great pool! Pleasant, helpful staff.
