Hotel Bolivar Plaza is right next to the central cathedral in Manizales. It is inexpensive and the staff is friendly and helpful. the cost was not expensive.
My bed in a single room may have been the hardest bed I have ever slept on. I only tried to shower once and there was no hot water.

Spotless room. Great service from the staff people. Breakfast was tasty.
