Es gab eine persönliche Übergabe der Schlüssel durch die Reinigungskraft. Der Vermieter hatte alles perfekt organisiert. Beim Betreten der Wohnung hatten wir einen Wow-Effekt! Die große Fensterfront mit Blick auf den Rhein und die räumlich offen und großzügige Raumaufteilung war beeindruckend auf uns. Der Parkplatz unterm Haus, der Lift, die Lage direkt am Rhein und zum Brötchen holen 100m zum Edeka hintenraus- sehr perfekt. Das Bad war mit Wanne und Dusche, zwei Waschbecken und Bidet gut ausgestattet. Eine zweite extra Toilette kommt dazu. Waschen und Trocknen im Keller. Ein schöner Balkon. Kochen, essen am großen Holztisch, Spülmaschine. Alles super. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke an den Eigentümer- wir haben ihn nicht gesehen. Er hat per WhatsApp geschrieben und war so immer erreichbar für Fragen. Sehr angenehm.

Portable Aircons or Fans as it was very warm weather during our stay.

Apartment was Beautiful. People running the apartment seemed good and honest too. Very clean. Balcony was fantastic. View was GREAT!! Rooms had double glazing, so you can't hear street noise. There was an iron in the apartment.

Only small drawback was that all rooms opened into the living room directly instead of opening into a passage. That means if your friends are chatting in the living room, you can hear it in your room. I didn't see a washing machine- but our stay was short anyways

Many mosquitos. It would be better if there is a Screen window in the living room.
