Great contact with administration as we arrived after hours help and messages were prompt and helpful and accurate. Maintenance man was fantastic when leaving as we left early. Very helpful

Great location
The ceiling fans where a little slow in the bedrooms and it was quiet warm over the weekend.

The cabin was more spacious than expected and beautifully clean. One of the best we've stayed in and will definitely return another day.

Nice and friendly staff, close to shopping precinct and beach.
Cabin is a bit dated and second room no wardrobe hanging...No rail and no doors on it. Frypan more stick than nonstick, went and bought one so we could cook without sticking to the bottom. Saucepans were not clean on the inside, no scourer to clean them, and had to buy some of those too. Mould in the shower. No salad bowls had only the very bear necessities. Bbqs in camp kitchen not clean and had to take scraper from cabin to clean them.

Loved my basic but clean and cosy little cabin. I was running a race in McLaren Vale and it was a great location for that (quick and easy bus journey up there) and also for some beach walks. I will be back in summer for a beach weekend!

lots of grass and close to beach
The bathroom towel rail had fallen down and when I mentioned it the receptionist rolled her eyes at the other staff member as if to indicate that they were going to be ripping shreds off another team member or billing me to fix it. There was no hairdryer, I had to walk miles to the office to obtain one. There was a collection bin used for empty beer cans and wine bottles for all the cabins right at the bottom of the steps of our cabin, we had to put up with people throwing their bottles in half the night. The cabin was very old and tired. the shower was almost impossible to access as it was over a 1980’s spa bath, you nearly wounded your crotch getting in over the door sliders and it was dangerous. The only soap was accessible by someone with two functioning hands as you had to squeeze whilst you held your hand under to get the soap out.

Close to the beach
We had a reasonable price for a booking. When we changed the date by one day they charged us a higher rate which seemed expensive for a quiet time of the year and a pretty basic cabin with no opportunity to make a change our booking.

great location close to the beach and cafes. there were things to keep the kids happy and they loved having the car on the beach so close to the water.
we would have liked to stay longer and will next time.

The location was amazing
The garden cabin was a bit dated. The room with the big bed had a faulty door, and the bunk room felt like a prison cell, very closed in and tight.
