It was very comfortable. The heating worked well and warmed up quickly. The boot rack was a good idea as we were walking and didn't want to tread mud into the place.

The lock box wasn't immediately obvious and a bit tricky to operate and we got a bit nervous about inputing the correct alarm code. It also wasn't clear which week was which waste collection - ie put out green bin and they emptied the black one.

This was a beautiful and very clean cottage, with everything you needed in it. In a lovely location, with a little pub around the corner and a lovely view of the Malvern hills.

no shower unfortunately, because of the sloping roof, but that was the only negative.

All clean, nice and many details to help your life easier. they took care preparing the house, very well equipped and close to big rugby field

The cottage was perfect. Had absolutely everything we needed as a family. Only problem was there was no shower however, we managed just perfect with the bath. Close to various shops etc. Great value for money.

Early morning dog barking, from a neighbours dog. A shower head over the Bath, would be good to wash your hair.

The location was excellent with a good range of shops 5 mins walk away, and well placed for walking access to the hills. The whole property was clean, tidy and well-furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of cupboard space. The sitting room was comfortable and there were comprehensive instructions as to how to access the WiFi and TV options. The beds were really comfortable.

The room layout downstairs was curious. The siting of the toilet meant that the kitchen diner was an odd shape, leaving the dining part windowless. The bathroom had not been well designed. The basin was awkward to use due to it not being sited centrally within the dormer, and with a shelf above to bang your head on. We are a tall family so with a short bath and awkward basin hair washing was difficult.
