This is a rather old, family-run Gasthof. The family Wimmer were very courteous and helpful, and my room provided all that I needed. I f my schedule had allowed, I would have stayed there for several days.

The location is good for transit. The owners are very kind and friendly. Quiet area.
The room needs a proper cleaning, there was piles of dust in the corners. The check in was stressful. I arrived at 16.00, within the check in window but no one was there, just a sign on the door that they would return around 5pm. I arrived with pets that were suffering from travelling and we hurried up to arrive so the cats can get out of the boxes and the hot car. Waiting for the reception to return (phone not answered) was very annoying. If they know they are never there around that time, it should be mentioned at the booking.

A nice traditional family run Guesthause and restaurant in a central location, the owners are getting on a bit but were charming and their son Karl who is the chef as well did a fantastic job.

Good location. Friendly owners and locals who drink there. Nice breakfast. WiFi reasonably good.
Only (constrictive) suggestion is to add shower gel or soap into the bathroom 😀.

Very friendly staff, delicious schnitzel in the restaurant & great breakfast. The room was big and clean. They accept dogs which is fantastic! Thank you very much!

Owner and Sytaff where very Helpful.For the Price location and Breakfast.actually The facility was right in Middle anyone needs.Dr ,Hospital,Trainstation,Banks restaurant and Shops all near each other.1 mile to cross into Austria and visit hitler s birthplace if you are interested.
We did not care.Near Birthplace of the Pope Old Setting ,one of the Catholics Little Town with some festivals.
45 min to Salzburg easy to drive one way at German side ,one drive on Austrian side.Freilassing (has Factories of famous ACCORDIONS ) just before Salzburg just divided through Border.Munich Airport 90 minutes ,Linz airport 80 minutes ,salzburg airport 40 minutes,Berchestgaden (eagles nest))Freilassung along the river 30 minutes from Freilassing,From Salzburg from Austrian side 30 minutes.No Tour mention all this nice Possibilities driving 2 ways and on top everything Is reachable by Train .Chiemsee 45 minutes Freeway or along river Inn and some beautiful hilly Country side.What a surprise It took 3 Days to Drive around and cover so many nice Area'sIf you like 25 minutes you can reach Bad Griesbach and Bad Fuessing people health Spas naturally.

A few miles On B 12 narrow Street In both direction lots of trucks ,slows traffic for 15 minutes until Freeway like Street come up.It might be touristy in Summertime.

the owner was very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and the bed very comfortable and spacious. even though the restaurant was technically closed for the day, the owner offered to cook a dinner for us! we only stayed 1 night as it was just a rest stop on our trip but I could definitely recommend it!!

It is a biiiig roooom, very spacious. Downside in the wintertime is, that it was cold, and it took quite a while to warm up the room, though.
My room was "off premises", a short walk on the street from the main house, which is also not that much convenient and comfortable in the winter cold, just like going upstairs from the pub area.

Services were very good
A'm very happy with the services at the hotel . Member of staff were excellent but mattresses should be changed so as rooms need to be checked a lot of dust on the wall .
