Reception open 24/7, nice breakfast, 2 separated rooms for family, modernised breakfast area and bar, good and kind contact with hotel, no problem with late check-in (1am), 3 mins walking distance from hotel to tram stop
Very strong chemical smell difficult to stand in hotel and outside like in the chemical laundry, no air conditioning, outdated hotel which requires modernisation. Hotel is in very dark area, evenings and nights scary to be alone.

The hotel is 20 mins on tram number 12 from Brno centre. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The wifi worked well and there were plenty of power points. The shower worked well. Breakfast is from 7am and was a good selection. I would use again

The property was very quiet, we were given exactly what we payed for and expected and it was a delightful stay.
We were feeling a bit cold during the night, however, it was nothing extreme. Heaters could have been slightly warmer.

Good location to city center, close to good restaurants.
There was a bit of smell on the hallway that was not really unpleasant, just a bit uncomfortable

Very friendly personnel. Good breakfast included in price and free parking. We could travel with a large dog without any problems, although you have to pay a dog fee.

Ordered 2 rooms which were not put next to eachother although they agreed to do so on booking
We ended up with no toiletpaper or towels, several times.
The rooms are cleaned on alternate days.

The bar at the hotel had drinks in a good price. The place is quiet.
Oh my God, the bathroom in this hotel was horrible. The mold was everywhere in the shower and it was dirty.
Also the parking isn't secure and was very tiny (for 4-5 cars) - we parked alongside the pavement.
I also didn't like the small choice of breakfast - around 9.00 am there were only one left sausage.

Dirty walls in the room, poor bathroom, old furniture, strange smell. For such price you can find better accomodation in Brno.

Nice, simple, cozy hotel for quiet stay with comfortable beds, good breakfast and pleasant stuff. Even sure its not brand new you, but clean and well treated.

Room is clear, nice. Hotel has parking. Breakfast is tasty and good.
Far from the center. We had to use a cab to get from the hotel to the center of the city and back

Unfortunately, room was not clean(floor) with a strage smell. We were ob the ground floor and it was not good/comfortable feeling in the room. In bathroom were able to see mold.

Tasty breakfast with variety of choices. Big, clean room with good bathroom. Big and comfy bed. Towels and cosmetic provided. Close to city centre , 15 min with tram. Recommend for price.
No air cooler, so in summer is pretty hot in room. Loud banging from others door late at night, sounds coming from other rooms.

Great breakfast in the garden. Quiet, good for sleeping, still not far from highway.
