Well located in Cortina and comfortable rooms

Location is very good

Staff are the reception not very friendly. I read in booking that parking at the hotel was 30 per night when i arrived the receptionist informed was Eur 40 per night. So left car on the public parking

A long weekends skiing.

Well located for the slopes. The breakfast was good, although service was a little slow. The room was comfortable and a good size.

The decor was rather tired, the hotel was quite expensive for what it was. The car parking was expensive 40 Euros per day. The reception staff were not particularly helpful.

tired decor & dated style, very in need of renovation. charged significantly more for ‘superior’ room which proved to mean exactly same room but facing front ‘mountain view’ which meant looking straight at neighbouring hotel! don’t waste the money. 2 x friends in same group each allocated same for classic price… & theirs had better views!! ludicrous room allocation.

Very basic.... Did not know until last day that cooked food was available. For the cost of the hotel expected better. Hotel was in great location and staff were great but hotel was tired and in need of facelift. Not sure how 4 stars. No bar in rooms , no water other than on arrival. Gym very basic. Was expensive for what it was. Suppose paying for location

All the staff was amazing in every area and the location was excellent.

The furnishings were dated and worn out. There is no ice machine on the floors or coffee pots in the rooms.

Superb

Liked the division between living and sleeping area. Location is stellar. Lobby bar was well used by our group as a meeting point. Delicious breakfast and staff.

Exceptional

We are a group of Chinese Canadians and we really want to thank the front desk for helping us find the ski locker room and call taxis. In particular, the gentleman who was from Calgary was very friendly and helpful. It was really nice to meet a fellow Canadian here. 😀

very pleasurable

The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful to accommodate the needs and finding the best room . Particularly Maurizio was such a gentleman and made sure we had the best stay ever … We were very impressed by the level service provided 🙏🙏

location in centre of town restaurant and restuarant staff were great daily room cleaning service was excellent

was given the wrong room and had to move ( thank you for changing to larger 2 bedroom suite ) - hotel dated decoration - ski room was sub standard , outside the hotel and in poor condition - no boot drying - parking was difficult to manoeuvre and expensive - -

the location - exactly where we wanted to be, in the heart of Cortina’s shopping and restaurant area. very spacious family room included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very large balcony.

the rooms, particularly the living area, were very dated and in need of refurbishing

Great location in the city center. Excellent varied breakfast (rating 10!!!). Very kind staff. 2 spacious bathrooms in the room. Very clean.

I didn't like the furnishings of the room - too many different furniture tipe with no style. Definitely not a 4-star hotel for me. Parking fee in the hotel garage (which is also in the description).

Perfect location, very friendly staff and overall good value for money.

Very good location in the middle of Cortina. Room was very spacious and with balcony. Breakfast was very nice and the staff very helpful and friendly.

The furniture in a room was a little old, but still functional.

charming Cortina hotel with great location. we would come back.

Location was wonderful. Our room had a balcony with view of tower and mountains which was beautiful all times of day. We enjoyed our stay . Bed was comfy. classic Italian breakfast was great 730-930am. Staff was wonderful and helpful. very clean.

A little dim in entry hall of room. challenge to eat breakfast and make the 8am buses out of Cortina to hikes, etc
