Bonjour équipe booking, J'ai demander un remboursement à l'accueil de l'hôtel car j'ai trouvé des punaises de lit la fenêtre ne se ferme pas ! Des araignées dans la douche, deux Fois des gens inconnu rentre dans la chambre à 02:30 et à 04:00 alor que j'ai déjà signalé ça a l'accueil et il mon dit on va vous rembourser, Jusqu'à maintenant j'ai pas eu mon remboursement, je suis repartie pour voir avec un responsable et la il m'a dit que ce n'est pas l'hôtel qui se charge des remboursements il faut voir avec booking!! DU coup j'aimerais bien avoir un remboursement. Merci Cordialement

Le personnel d’entretien ont été très accueillante . La chambre était très propre donc je tiens à les féliciter pour leur travail. J’ai pu également découvrir le restaurant qui était exellent. Si je dois séjourner de nouveau à rungis j’y retournerai volontiers.

Friendly staff and room & bed were OK. Free parking on site. Fast charging for electrical vehicle present on site. We didn't use the breakfast option.

The hotel might start to be a little outdated and some details could use some attention to be refreshed. (shower head not fixed any more, some loose elements at the ceiling)

the breakfast was reasonable, there weren't many options, but it was tasty, the room didn't have a hairdryer or a bathtub pin, only the use of the shower was available, the service was good, they speak English, and there are bus next to the hotel which makes it easy to get to the center of Paris

it was very basic, the bathroom didn’t have a hook to have a shower or a shower curtain. we missed the shuttle by 5 minutes

Decent room

I have been in 100+ hotels and this hotel had the worst customer service i ever experienced. Even the manager was horrible at his job. I had pre booked airport shuttle 22:45 and it never came. I called the hotel and they told me that it left 22:31. The customer service hanged up on me even i was completely polite. Next morning i talked to manager who was rolling his eyes and telling me that its 22:45 because it arrives 22:45 in hotel. . Well thats not what reads in their booking.com page and messages. Did not offer any kind of apologize or compensation I can not recommend this hotel to anyone. Book something else

It was cheap.

Everything a little dirty. Rooms had stains on the floor that clearly showed that it wasn’t cleaned properly before our check in.

we booked the hotel for the free shuttle bus to the airport, after i booked the room i wanted to reserve the shuttle too and they told me that the shuttle is full so i had to pay for a taxi anyway….
