Comfortable beds. Two full baths.

Carpet is dirty and extremely worn with carpet nails exposed. Only four chairs for an apartment that sleeps 6. Towels threadbare. Kitchen floor, pots and pans, silverware were dirty. Internet was awful. (range extender may help. No Wi-Fi at all in any room but kitchen). Streaming or remote working would be impossible. Pots and pans were usable, but lids missing. Had to buy a lid at a thrift store. Sofa is extremely worn (picture on websites was not representative of what we actually experienced). Blinds don’t work properly in primary bedroom, cracked slats in bunk room and missing slats in living room. Water damage on ceiling in hall bath. Electrical plate missing from outlet in room with bunk beds. Sink in primary bath missing porcelain and exposed metal was rusted. Furnishings in general are very worn and dated. Hot tub was quite a ways from apartment. Only one of three hot tubs were useable. Had to drive to get there. Laundry was in the next building.

the location really couldn’t have been more convenient. pool, fitness, and game room were great

everything was pretty dated, but it was clean so it didn’t really bother us.

Well it took a couple of hours to get back to filling normal (not sick) and we could get back to our vacation. That is what I and family liked.

1st. My family showed up around 7 local time and was not able to talk to management to get the location of the apartment in the big complexes. I talked with someone who was trying to get into the management office for help as well. Thanks to that guy I found the apartment. 2nd. The apartment when entered had a strange smell to it. We opened the windows to let air in but by then my family started getting headaches, dizziness, nausea. We thought it might be carbon monoxide because the carbon monoxide detectors was unplugged we left . We came back and closed the window locked the door and tried to call management. No answer again. We went and got a motel for the night. I called Booket the next day &they were able to get ahold of management and they called me back to let them into the apartment. I let him know what the problem was and he would look into it. That was the last I heard from the local management. The next day I talked with the fire department and got some advice. I called Booket and talked about the situation and after all that went on my family did not fill safe there Ann would not stay ther. She told me she would see what she could do but it comes down to what the local management of the apartment would do to make it right. I got a txt later that day saying we left on our own and did not give the local management a chance to make it right . This was my exact experience. I should of known something was up when the booking SAID NO REFUNDS. I don't know if this information will make it to the public but I have to try to let others know what they are getting into before they hand over their credit card numbers.
