The fridge was broken and was not repaired or replaced during the entire duration of our stay after I had reported it for 3 days. It was very disappointing. It was very hot and we had no way of cooling our drinks / water. It was also sad that the hotel did not have any air conditioning.

we arrived at midnight and the hotel was open but no one there. we had to sleep in the lobby and no one came by until I sent an email

horrible in every way. who leaves a hotel lobby abandon at midnight. we has to sleep in the chairs as there was nothing else around. the computers were just all there for us to try to check ourselves in. and it was non-refundable. after getting in to room at 1:40am, it was like a furnace, with one tiny fan

The evening buffet was very disapointing, really not good value and very boring food.

Service good, people do an effort to support us, they are polite and correct

The hotel sent me at least 4 useless emails before we arrived asking for an advance check-in...however, they never answered when we we tried to contact the hotel by email and by phone, because we forgot an item in the room. Apart from bad service, this is straight bad manners. Never again at this property

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff at reception. Lovely location. We enjoyed our stay.

There wasn't enough room to park our car within the hotel confines, we had to park in the public car park next door. Apart from that it was a most enjoyable stay.

Very good breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and nice but a bit small. Overall room was very clean except for some tea spoons no one cleaned since the last guest. Shower was very hard to operate and the water wasn't too hot (I tried multiple times). No parking in the hotel.

the night shift guy was really helpful. The view of the room was great.

the receptionist told me that they are full although Booking.com was showing availability. he refused to give me a room and I have booked the room few hours later through the Booking.com app after checking few other hotels. I have been in 4 stars hotels and it doesn’t look like one of them to me.
