Loved the convenience to central Paros and the spacious feel of the room.
Being a shared hall way with other residents, people were up late slamming doors, partying etc but noise policy kicked in at 2300hrs which was good.

Spacious accomodation with great facilities. 10 mins walk from the city centre / port but definitely still well located. Quiet neighbourhood and beautiful view.
Being a touch out of the city centre but still walking distance. If you have a roller suitcase, beware the ground is a bit rocky.

Large room, nice balcony and view, well equipped, tea and coffee provided. Good info on arrival. Like the quiet after 11pm policy, shame 1 night an ignorant guest didn't comply at 3am talking very loudly. Not hotel fault just wish guests were considerate.
Small insects in bathroom, not sure if mozzies? We asked if they'd sort whilst out and they did. But by late evening insects were back again. Shame as was grear otherwise.

We were greeted by the host who was lovely and spent around 15 minutes talking us through her recommendations of Paros which was very helpful.
The room was spacious and only a 15 minute walk from the port.
The bathroom was quite small, there was lots of paint peeling from the ceiling which wasn’t very nice. The hot water kept running out, despite not using the water for very long at all.
The location was perfect in the day, however at night it was a extremely dark, long walk back from the old town/ port to the accommodation, which we definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Great choice for staying in Paroikia: far from the noisy center, spacious rooms, perfect cleaning and nice balconies to relax. The owner Costas is very kind and helpful. Interesting value for money!

had an amazing stay at Bizas room and studios! Costa and the staff were great! clean and spacious rooms. 5 minutes from the port. lots of cute cats in the evening. was very surprised to see we had a little kitchenette and a lovely balcony! would stay here again in a heartbeat

Extremely nice host who gave great advice for visiting the island, he even drove us back to the airport. The room was well equipped and clean. We made a lot of cat friends which was also great. The location is perfect, less than 10min from the center of Parikia. Very pretty house for a very reasonable price. Couldn't have been better!

The host was great and helped us with everything we needed, he also told us all the best spots to go to and let us also book an extra night whilst we was there. If you are looking to rent a car the best place is Paros Trust Rental! Also if you love cats, this is the place for you!!
Nothing to do with the place itself but we had a very noisy neighbour, however we went straight to the host of the place to tell him the next day and he ensured to make sure the people were quiet and we had no other problems.

Rooms are kept very clean and are also very comfortable. Great balcony to watch the sunset. Costas is a brilliant and very accommodating host who helped us with whatever we needed. Location was perfect, close to the centre yet still quiet. It provided us with everything we could’ve hoped for - and at a very affordable price. Highly recommend!

The apartments are amazing and well equipped . The beds are very comfortable and the staff is really nice and helpful. They recommended us a few places to go to and even drove us to the ferry when our stay finished.
It is only a 13 minutes walk from the center. The streets are not the smoothest but as long as you are not wearing heels you’ll be fine. I totally recommend it.
