Parę produktów na śniadaniu nie były do końca świeże proszę staranniej dobierać produkty i chyba czas na wymianę serwisów do kawy lub zmianę kawy .

Kabina prysznicowa była mocno zakamieniona, do tego stopnia, że z deszczownicy nie dało się korzystać

Starszy z ratowników na basenie siedział w telefonie i nie dbał zbyt na to co się dzieje na terenie basenu.
Sprzątanie pokoi ograniczone do wymiany ręcznikow I wyniesienia śmieci z kosza.
Papier toaletowy nie chciał się spłukiwać

I was injured in a bus accident when staying at this hotel so my initial stay was prolonged by another 6 days. A special shout out to Damian and Isabella at the front desk, Iga who worked in housekeeping, and Lucasz, Katarina and Zvetlana in the restaurant who were helpful during a very difficult time.
Need to have a wheelchair available for guests. Restaurant needs a bit more variety on the lunch/dinner menu. There were only a couple of things that I could eat from that menu because of my food allergies.

Dowdy bedroom. Badly needs renovation. Double bed with twin single duvets! Most unusual. No paper tissues available.
Bed comfort was awful. So soft you collapse into bed and come up for breadth.

Hotel has courteous staff.
Exceptional breakfast in huge dining hall.
Lift, perfect for mobility impaired.
Mall 2min walk. Tonnes of shops and food court, Liddel etc.
Not too far from main Bus Terminal, about 8 min drive.
Check for Lodz Marathons...they disrupt traffic - including route to the bus terminal. Passengers missed buses, other buses cancelled. Total nightmare and chaos. Taxis were cancelling on me for 45min before someone told me the reason. Read on...
So yesterday, 16th April I was stuck - NO vehicles allowed to the terminal. I begged police manning the road blocks, to help me - I kid you not. They did, taking pity on an old crying woman with wheelchair and escorted me through the roadblocks.
Kudos to the Lodz police. Wouldn't accept payment at all. Can't thank them enough.
In hindsight, Lodz Tourism should make hotels inform guests of traffic disruptions - no ifs no buts.
Tiny fridge
TV Polish programs apart from few English news channels which repeated SAME stories over and over... So, NO SMART TV.

the breakfast was diverse, the room was clean and comfortable, I was very happy with being able to relax and work, and the spa personnel was so polite and professional and accommodating

We stayed at Ambassador Centrum, which is older than Ambassador Premium, but it was ok.
The staff was accommodating. Breakfasts were just outstanding; I was impressed.
The dinners were exceptional; I still miss Angus beef and other dishes I tried.
We stayed in two rooms at the hotel, both of which had issues with the shower cabin; old and required renovation.

The staff is kind and responsive. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant is nice, a large selection of dishes for breakfast
The hotel is big, luxurious, but not clean enough. You can see that only the visible parts are being cleaned. Light switches, door handles were sticky and dirty. There was a problem with the hot water. It was turned on when we asked. I had expected more from the SPA. I wouldn't want to come back here again.
