El lugar es hermoso, ya que hay muchas piezas de arte, tanto esculturas como pinturas, y aunque muchas no son originales, le dan al lugar un toque interesante. Tal como lo describen, una galeria de arte. Las suites son amplias, bien amuebladas, limpias, camas cómodas. La atención del personal es pronta y amable. Cuenta con estacionamiento
Que no incluyan crema para cuerpo, acondicionador, pañuelos desechables como en la mayor parte de hoteles. Te los pueden proporcionar con costo extra. La botella de agua sólo el primer día

Location only
The property was not in a good condition for hosts because the bathroom shower doors were floating in the air and doors would not close, it caused an accident to a friend and they guys at hotel wanted to charge me because of it, bad move of them. Also the housekeeping people told me that it always happens? Wtf?

Me agradó mucho al ubicación de acuerdo a los lugares que visitaría. La zona es muy tranquila y es bueno para descansar. El ambiente es muy agradable. Y la atención del personal muy amable. La decoración completamente diferente a cualquier hotel que haya asistido. Realmente parece un museo. Me agradó mucho.
No supe si había restaurante, y si hay, no lo vi. En lo personal me agradaría que dejaran 1 litro de agua purificada al día, o cada vez que se terminara. Aunque tiene minisplit la habitación, me habría gustado tener un cobertor para esas noches frías.

Todo en absoluto, siempre regreso a este lugar cuando tengo que visitar Gdl , tuve un problema con mi reservación, culpa mía , los chicos de recepción me apoyaron en todo momento y me solucionaron , fueron muy amables y atentos , hicieron mi estadía increíble.
No hubo nada que no me gustara , todo me encanto :)

The staff was helpful and friendly.
There are steps located close to rooms that need to be marked with yellow paint to remind guests that there is a deep step coming up. I almost injured myself by forgetting a step outside my room 4508.

Room was not clean, found dirty shower, no garbage bags anywhere in the room, dirty toilets.. we stay for 3 nights and one night the room next to us stay up with music super loud that we couldn’t sleep. We didn’t have a good experience!

We liked that we were able to get 3 bedroom suites for our big group.
The staff wasn’t very helpful and one of the suites that we got was barely even functioning and when we addressed this to the staff they did nothing to help

Breakfast was good. Location is great.
Rooms need work. We were moved three times. Last one windows wouldn’t close very cold in room. Had a leak in one room. Very first room assigned was already occupied.

it was so noisy during the night and also two times there was not available a rug and hand towel for the bathroom.

we liked that breakfast was included and the staff at the restaurant area was nice and the food was good!
the pool is really nice
the room was smaller than the pictures and after using the shower 🚻 a bad smell came out from bathroom drain 😥
it may be good idea to have warm water at the pool special for the customers that don’t like cold water.
you can get lost easily inside the hotel and the valet parking or person in charge of the parking area was very rude since we arrived till we left 😤
I think that’s a first bad impression for the hotel.
