Overall everything is ok, only the water pressure in the room or the water heater can be improved

the price show at booking different than what we have to pay at property

1. Toilet no bulk after inform only install
2. Cannot check in due to system not show payment, need to call booking.com to clarify to deal with hotel only can check in after negotiate.
3. No towel and floor mat after informed forgot to send as well.
4. Floor tiles pop up and uneven damage to kids toe, I nearly injure need walk slowly.
5. Insufficient light at room, 1 wall light not working.
6. TV controller not working after change battery also the same.
7. Room smelly due to no window
8. Shower head spoiled water spray 1 side.

The towel provided is already torn, a bit dirty, the floor tiles in the room is broken, quite dangerous

The rooms are too small.that size room fix for single bed only..it looks as if you are in a storeroom.

I took a family suit room and there hv a balcony door need a proper 🔐 lock for it cause
No safety at all🤷
And water heater is totally out cannot use and
My and my antire fmly get flu and cough fever when we out from the hotel,

LIFT NOT WORKING FOR ELDERLY 75YRS IS TOO BAD. PHONE WAS NOT ANSWERED. NO KETTLE IN THE ROOM IS A BASIC YA. NO BATH MAT ALSO IS A BASIC. TO BAD. NOT RECOMMENDED. NO TISSUES PAPER.

Dirty bedsheet.i ask corner room but they give middle room

The room cleanliness is not up to the expectation, there is a lot of dust under the bed. . Bed was so itchy and i couldn't sleep well at night. AC cover is broken and didn't fix. Shower water pressure is low.
Upon check out have to waited more then 30mins as no one present at the counter.
