the shower in onbe of the bathrooms was not working so i had a shower in one bathroom and one in the other to warm up

The staff we so friendly and helpful. Food was amazing and Bed was so comfy

Very Clean, love the look of the entire building. Pub next door did lovely meals and everyone was friendly.

Very drunk people haveing physical altercation in the hallway during the night.

Location good. Eatery had good offerings.

1 minute hot shower at the most. Second person scored cold water only. Nothing to hang clothes or towel on in bathroom. Toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall. Title of hotel led me to believe there would be access to a kitchen. There was a fridge and a kettle .. and cups and cutlery.

safety and security, the window of the front two rooms are just old wooden vertical door without locks. anyone can open them from outside of the room and break inside. also the back door of the property is swollen old wooden door with no locks. so literally anyone from outside can come into the property without any struggle, all they have to do is to push the door with one finger.

Location and convenience. The pub rooms have been updated and are modern, clean and comfy. It was convenient for us to stay in for a night being in town for a party.
