the hotel was nice and the ambience was very good and staff is very cooperative totally we spend thier only one night and we enjoy alot . thanks hotel dior

Excellent staff which made our stay very memorable and enjoyable.
special mention - Poonam was very helpful, efficient and took care of us like her own. Also Shayam Sunder , whose dedication and hard work was commendable…
only the location was a little disappointing.

Bad experience
Breakfast not served even it is included in the price . They charged us for the tea . And the location was also not good . The room which i booked was not the same as provided to us initially . Then we argued with the owner for 30 minutes to get the room . So very bad experience .

Disappointing
The room doesn't look like they show in picture size is smaller when i checked the room was dusty and the toilet seat was having urine all over it the bathroom was having hairs of maybe the last customers and there were cigarette budds below the bed the linen was dirty
