very comfortable house with many amenities. location near to many beaches, vineyards and Margaret River itself. perfect size and configuration of bedrooms.
perhaps the fact there was no internet but we managed.

Shower needed you to be agile enough to climb into a high bath as it was over the bath.
Not sure when the place was last dusted or deep cleaned.
Charged $100 extra per night to use second bedroom as we were not a couple using only one bed!!!!!!!!
Massive dog turd in the back garden.

Perfect location, love the cosy feeling with fireplace. Loved my dog could join us this trip. ♡

When you have any questions in your mind, instructions are everywhere with all the answers.
Weather wasn't great while we're staying but we're happy to remain inside. :)

Great location near the beach. The rammed earth walls kept us warm during the cold winter weather. The power was out for 14 hours on our first night but it just forced us to tune out and relax by the fireplace. The house had heaps of character and the big DVD collection was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
There was a little water hammer with the kitchen taps which could do with tending to.

Great location, very comfortable and lots of convenient inclusions. My partner loved that you have surfing dvds in your collection!
We loved the jarrah and sheoak woodwork and lead light windows throughout the house.
We had noisy neighbours at the back on one night but otherwise it was brilliantly peaceful. You can hear the ocean lying in bed which was bliss.
The shower over the bath was quite a step to get out and may be a challenge for people with mobility issues.
The fixture holding the shower head up is broken and requires replacement.

Beautiful cosy home in perfect location in a quiet street but close to the beach!

The location is fantastic for beach walks in a peaceful location.
Facilities and information and booking communication was good.
A small amount of TLC is required, door lock was a bit stiff and the flyscreen needed replacing. Outdoor furniture needed a wash down although inside the house it was very clean, tidy and comfortable.
