Great location and atmosphere however a couple of things let down my stay.
The location on the water across from the wetlands was so beautiful to wake up to every day. Hearing the wildlife was also peaceful. The staff couldn’t do enough for me and were always polite and friendly.
The room needed a deep clean. The lamps were dusty. The window and fly wire were dusty. The shower needed a deep clean, soap scum build up and mould was easily removed with a bathroom cleaner however I shouldn’t have had to be the one to do the cleaning.

A great place for a short visit. The restaurant is a great draw card as the food was exccellent.
Room was very clean, neat and well presented. Bathroom is fairly new so very clean, although a bit small. I was only staying overnight, so that was fine. I had a nice little balcony overlooking the water (and some industry) but the space and fresh air was appreciated. There is a pub/restaurant downstairs with delicious food which meant I didn't need to go out somewhere else for dinner. Nice views in one direction over the water inlet.
No lift when carrying luggage to your room. Bathroom is small and space where toilet located is quite tight. A bigger table to work on would have been helpful.

Great spot for an overnight stay. Rooms aren't luxury but nice and tidy. Would stay again.
Great Location - Bar and Restaurant offers good range of food and drinks. Food tasted great and generous portions. Rooms aren't luxury but very comfy bed and a great place for an overnight stay.
No ironing facilities available in room.

Quiet and Quaint
The hotel had a great restaurant and filled with the locals every evening. Bathroom was clean. U can park right in front of the hotel.
I prefer beds which are firmer.

Not luxury, but not expensive
Comfortable bed. View from balcony.Generous dinner potions.nice outdoor terrace.
No breakfast available.Room somewhat Spartan. Could have done with a second chair. Very noisy air conditioner compressor just outside window (which wouldn't close) which ran intermittently even through the night (could it not be turned off?)

No memories to take from our stay, except the trauma.
We didn’t have breakfast from hotel. Either road parking or designated area access to public. So parking wasn’t safe. No lift so had to carry stuff through stairs. The rooms were clean. But furnitures and beddings were horrible to sit or lie.
There is no caretaker in the venue during night and until 9.30 am. My grandchild 21 months old toddler got locked up in their room. The parents came out to get the older child from me from next door and the younger one got locked up in their room. There was no one in the venue to give us the spare key. We rang the number provided in the information sheet they provided. The sheet does not mention anything about the self locking door. A young lady came with the key after 20 minutes. We could hear the child screaming and crying out in fear. All of us were outside, comforting the toddler. We were all traumatised by the incident. The lady who came with the key had a very bad attitude. No empathy, no hospitality ethic. We were asked to pay $200 as deposit, the information sheet says call out fees for key is $50. Hoping to get back $150. I haven’t received $150 yet. We checked out yesterday.
