I could not get reservation for standard room, old wing room was so isolated. But Ok.

The location is very good. The rooms are very clean. Staff are very good too. A no nonsense hotel. Very close to Hampi

Buffy break fast was nice one and itstaste was delicious. There is more space for walking and get relaxation in swimming. Room comfort and hospitality was very nice.

Good location to get buses and trains for our journeys to Badami and onto Goa. Staff were very helpful especially the entrance staff who managed to get my tut tut driver to return with my bag I left on the back seat even though I just grabbed the tut tut at the train station. Very helpful staff and lovely honest tut tut driver

Hosapete is a very busy town with lots of noise that can be a bit overwhelming if you are trying to walk aroun to places. It was however quiet and peasful at the hotel. We paid a reduced price for our room because it was going to be upgraded but although dated it was still clean and comfortable with air conditioning

Location is very excellent.... I recommend to visit again and again...

Location and spread good. I'd prefer changes in menu every day. After all we stay for 2 or 3 days. It's been s repeat for us.

The only thing positive was the staff, Ganesh tried his best to serve us better but with limited resorces, he couldnt do much.

For some reason, the fast food restaurant in the lobby as well as the main restaurant is decorated in blue theme with blue lights. This is the first hotel I have seen that has blue lights which reduces the light in the restaurant to an extent that the dish served cannot be seen in its original colours. In any restaurant the first appearance of the dish forms the impression. But if one cant see its apeal in a blue light, the effect is lost. Buffet breakfast served in the main restaurant is the same case. The scrambled egg in the chafing dish looked pale white and unappetising. The hotel is building an addtional floor on the terrace as a result scaffolding is seen all over the property. We had voluntary ungrade to a suite on arrival, however the living room in the suite had stained chairs and sofas that prevented us from using it. The hotel has very poor safety standards as bamboos used for scaffolding are protruding out in the staircase, which can result in trip and fall. Fire extinguishers have not been serviced for several years with missing nozzle pipes. Hope and pray they dont have any untoward incident, considering there are so many construction workers on site. Overall, very bad experience and forget the value for money, its not satsfying on any criteria.

Huge property. Breakfast had huge variety and quality was equally good, room size was adequate and had all amenities. Washroom, though small in size, was clean and had well provided for. Staff was very courteous. This hotel is well suited for people who are looking to travel around Hampi using tour operator guidance and is willing to pay for designing a great trip in Hampi and Anegundi.

Nothing to dislike

Staffs were friendly, had already informed about the maintenance work happening there. Room size was bigger than expected and had a couch, dining table and more things needed for the stay. Provided new paper every morning.

Washroom facility in the room needs renovation. Hand wash area in restaurant needs maintenance as well. Menu was almost same everyday for breakfast. Maintenance work had made the stay a little more bad due to dust and our room was close to the store room where cement and other tools were kept.

Everything is perfect...rooms, receptionist,vallet parking and staff including waiters they are very supportive and they had a lot of patience. Complimentary breakfast is also good. Go for it no need to think...
