Bonne situation dans le village de Gryon et près de la gare. Studio cosy. Cuisinette très bien équipée. Il y avait même un paquet de spaghetti et de la sauce tomate au cas où les commerces auraient été fermés à mon arrivée.

Tout était parfait au niveau du studio. Toutefois, difficile de trouver un restaurant où manger en début de semaine à Gryon. Il faut aller à la Barboleuse ou à Villars pour trouver quelque chose d'ouvert. Pas pratique quand on est sans voiture et qu'on voyage en train.

Beautiful old chalet nicely renovated in the heart of Gryon. Fully equipped with a central fire place. Nothing is missing. Parking available. We felt like at friends who would have prepared the place for us. The chalet is in a walking distance from Gryon train station to the ski area.

Great welcome by the host, who even let me pick some of her vegetables in her garden. if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to relax, I can more than warmly recommend Chalet Rayon de Soleil!!

Such a lovely and cozy place to stay for a couple of days! I had a truly great time during my stay at Chalet Rayon de Soleil. Robyn is a very very kind host and she was ready to help me out with anything I needed and she made things so easy for me so I did spend a greatly relaxing time at this peaceful village. The equipment of the studio is just perfect; everything you need is available. Probably I had the most calm and peaceful sleep during these nights due to the really quiet environment. In the village you can get anything for your daily provisions and go out in the evenings. The magnificent mountains are just so close that you can go into various directions for adventurous hiking tours.

Everything was perfect. The place is tiny but it's so well designed that we didn't feel cramped at all. Robyn is a wonderful host. Location was great and we were happy to be in Gryon instead of Villars since it was much easier to access the ski slopes.
