Alan was very friendly and helpful. Photos didn’t do the place justice. Very homely, spacious, private parking and very secure. View was stunning.

Lovely flat very clean and well equipped. Owner met us to give us keys and explain how to get in to the building and where to park. Underground car park was great as didn't need to worry about the car. Less than 5 min walk to get to the beach which also had a park for little ones. Close to the Quay and very close to an Asda superstore. Will be back in the future. Views from windows were spectacular.

Cutlery draws need a good sort out, couldn't find any kitchen scissors, but they may be in there!

it has everything you want to enjoy a relaxing stay. Lovely views and very homely.

Beautiful flat, tastefully decorated with excellent brand new looking kitchen and bathroom and lovely bed. The free allocated underground parking was very secure and handy for unloading and getting more stuff out the car so easy access for all luggage. Take a luggage trolley as there are no stairs at all if you use the lift. A warm welcome from the host who was very helpful and always contactable in case of a problem. Happy to say there were none. Also i was delayed on way down but it wasn’t an issue they just waited for me. Lovely apartment seconds from a paddle in the sea or a pleasant walk. I had a lovely stay very quiet at night. I would stay there again if i went to Poole. Many thanks for a nice 3 day break. Top marks.

This is a lovely flat, exactly like the photos, it's very comfortable and has everything you may need, the kitchen is excellent, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom very warm with an excellent shower. The view is wonderful and having a balcony was really nice. We arrived by car and parking was easy in the underground car-park. We received a friendly & helpful welcome with lots of tips. We are looking forward to staying again as soon as we can.

An excellent place to stay for a short break in Poole. Clean, comfortable, warm and a good hot water supply. Nice views, close to town but far enough away from noisy crowds and traffic.

The apartment was warm and comfortable with an amazing view. I would recommend to others for a short stay in Poole.

Below are just a few things that would improve the stay and not criticism as on the whole it was very nice. Bathroom looks tired Baking tray need replacing and inside of oven could do with some attention. A clean sponge would of been nice to wash up with.

The view outside the window. Nice and hot despite being bitterly cold outside. Very clean and tidy in lounge, kitchen and bedroom. Good access to park to the West and Poole to the East. Quiet location.

Need more teaspoons and a washing up bowl. Bathroom very functional but needs an update-water damage, a glass hinged shower door would help a lot. When removing bedding we found the pillows were badly stained.

Needs a bit of care and attention. Bathroom sink and bath very slow to drain. Splatters of some kind on wall by table, also by the sink and also in the toilet by the towel rail. Beds base need squaring up as slats fall out. Bedding could of been crisp linen and not thread bear. Set of matching crockery and utensils.

This is a very comfortable and cozy flat in a great location with secure underground parking.

The decor is a bit tired, with stains on the carpet and on the bathrooom skirting board and window surrounds. This was not a problem to us but may affect other people.

The apartment was warm and very comfy, with everything we needed. Alan, the host, was very friendly and helpful. The views were lovely and we enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet while we were there, so we had good nights’ sleep. Very good value and with excellent secure parking and all easily accessible with a lift up to the 2nd floor apartment.

Small details, the decoration was a little tired, it could just have done with a fresh coat of paint, but it didn’t spoil the apartment overall, which was comfy and nicely furnished. If there had been a walk in shower instead of a shower over a bath, then it would have been fully accessible. We knew about the bath however, and we always take our own grab rails and slip mats, so it wasn’t a problem. The wifi was a little temperamental but only on the last night, it had been good up to then, and I let the owner know.

Alan was super helpful with regard to finding the apartment and collecting the keys. The apartment is lovely and spacious. Comfortable bed and recliner sofa in sitting room. Kitchen has everything you might require. Amazing view from balcony. Great to have a parking space in the secure underground car park. We would stay here again and recommend the apartment and the location…..easy walk into the town and harbour area. Stayed for two nights.

Pillows were a bit hard…. No hair dryer that I could find.
