Amazing value for money, nice staff
Only one charging dock, the other one worked only as long as the light were on. It was a bit far from the historic center but you get what you pay for

We were cold in bed and there were no extra blankets in the room. Since it was 2am it was too late to ask reception for some.

Very good breakfast, continental food. The rooms were nice.
The beds are rather small for taller persons - legs will be hanging outside the bed (1.9m instead of the classical 2m).

Spacious, clean and modern.
Very poor wifi, so missold. It was next to nil - or extremely weak and came and went randomly. As it was one of the prime reasons I chose the hotel (plus on site parking) I was very disappointed. I’ve stayed in cheap old hotels in Spain with excellent wifi, so no excuse. It’s 2022!!!!

No aircon. Was too hot! All rooms were heated.

great location, the staff were really nice and attentive. The secure underground parking was a real bonus and the cost was very small.

Clean but basic hotel. Staff is nice and explained to us the different parking spots in Cuenca. Located next to a McDonald's and has free parking. Room is quiet but not sure if worth 4 stars.
Amenities were rather outdated, only disposable cups available for the toilet.
