Fully equipped well presented home with all the features needed to make your holiday one to remember. Open plan living with bifold doors opening onto the grand front deck wonderful for morning coffee or relaxing in the afternoons. This beautiful home has a large undercover area leading out to the swimming pool and Bali hut. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with professionally laundered linen Unlimited free Wifi and Netflix provided including 75” smart TV in lounge room, TV in each bedroom and undercover outdoor area. Secure packing for two cars in double lock up garage and on street parking. Professionally laundered bed linen, bath, hand towels and face washers etc are provided complementary with your stay to provide you with a hygienic hotel quality experience. Basic essentials, such as coffee, tea, sugar, milk, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc are provided to cover your first night stay. Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother with complimentary pods to get you started. We take pride in providing a hygienically clean property, all guest are required to treat it with the same respect.

The accommodation was far beyond our expectations with ample cooling, space for everyone to come together and also own quite time areas.
Very comfortable beds, and so much entertainment provided including retro arcade games, large TVs, pool, bikes, surf boards etc etc...
I had search over many homes suitable for my son's special needs, and this one ticked all boxes, with lots of planning in the making for this special trip from Melbourne ,specifically to enjoy the waves at the surf beach which was a huge success.
Mark was very kind and responsive to our requests, checking in to see how we were travelling.
We highly recommend the Burleigh Beach Pad and hope to one day stay again.

We had the most wonderful holiday at the Burleigh Beach Pad. The outdoor entertaining area adjoining the pool provided the perfect setting for our family get-together. The location allowed for pristine morning coastal walks. We were thrilled with the special personal touch of a welcome message and chocolates and the use of exceptional kitchenware and appliances. This is a beautiful, spacious, well-equipped house that we look forward to visiting again.

This house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and so much more. The house has gone above and beyond with such things as bikes to ride, board games, toys for the little ones, beach towels, and toiletries, to name a few. The communication with Mark was great and he accommodated to our request so kindly. The beds are super comfy. We would like to visit again one day. The house is located in a very good place - close to the beach and the shops. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house with pool, surf boards, bikes, games and more! Stunning entertaining areas, modern and fun house.
Walking distance to Burleigh township, shops, restaurants, beach and shopping centre.
You won’t need anything else and will love your stay. We didn’t want to leave.

Mark & Karin were excellent hosts.
The property was as described and had all the amenities we could ever want.
Checking into the property was easy with clear instructions on how to access the front gate and keys to the front door.
The cleanliness of the property was immaculate.
Location was central to all the activities and places of interest.
We would definitely recommend staying at Mark and Karin’s property, and would return for another stay.

We loved our stay here. The house was perfectly set up with all the essentials you need for a family trip. The outdoor space was secure and great for our pup to move about. The kids loved the pool and parks nearby too.
Close to the beach, cafes and shops but far enough away to have peace & quiet.

We wanted to spend time together as a family and this B and B had everything needed to suit different age groups. Swim pool, separate bathrooms, bbq, bikes, surfboards, swim toys, pet friendly, separate eating areas. Great location, very quiet street

Our second time at this wonderful beach pad. So relaxing and secure, we were completely at ease. Clean, comfortable and everything you need is there. The owners are thoughtful and respond quickly to everything. We will definitely be back. Thank you to fabulous hosts.

Property was neat and tidy, nice neighbourhood and nothing negative about it, weather was nice and hot so the pool was a delight, had a few questions and property manager responded very quickly, overall property exceeded expectations would love to go again one day.

What a wonderful place to stay with our family and old dog. The house was amazing, definitely needed the pool. We loved being in the quiet suburbs walking our dog in local parks. Close drive or walk to Burleigh beach and shops.
We felt like we were at home.

The Burleigh beach pad was better than we expected! The photos don’t do it justice. The house and pool are well maintained and comfortable for our group of adults and children.
The pantry was stocked with staples, there was ample cleaning supplies.
Mark and Karin were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We’d all very happily go back. The location is great too, walking distance to James St shopping and eating precinct.

Great destination and house if you’re looking for a day in the pool or day at the beach! Very spacious setup for family of 6. Owners very helpful. Great outdoor areas to enjoy a bbq, beer and balmy Queensland night with the family. Plenty of tellys to keep all guests entertained. International guests loved the cooling in each room. Great location to experience the heart of Burleigh heads. Will definitely be back in the future!

The property exceeded our expectations and was exactly as described. We loved having the options of living spaces. The location was easy to find, and Ubers arrived quickly to transport our group to dine/drink venues. Beds were super comfortable. Hosts responded quickly to any queries. Thank you Mark and Karin.

I would like to give an outstanding compliment on the great holiday house pad, the size of the house is beyond expectations with the fantastic entertainment area overlooking the pool area, the large space area and the sizing of the room is immaculate. The kitchen area which looks out onto the front deck area is just absolutely stunning. I definitely recommend this holiday house for a large family stay. The location is perfect just a walk away from the shops and beach. Communication with the property managers is outstanding, I will definitely return to this Holiday House in the near future.

We all had a lovely stay at this property. It was big enough that we never felt on top of each other. Everything was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfortable and great to fall into after a long day. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I (all adult) enjoyed our time immensely. It was the perfect launching pad for day trips on the Gold Coast. We all agree to have a really nice pool to use was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!

Large & comfortable this place is ideal for couples and families. Ideally located - only minutes to the local shopping centre and close to many of the attractions that adorn the Gold Coast.
Being Pet Friendly was a major 'plus'. Our fur baby thoroughly enjoyed his holiday as well!!.
Thoughtful touches such as sunscreen and basic condiments were appreciated as these are often forgotten when traveling.
If opportunity arises - we would have no hesitancy in booking the property again. Highly recommended!!.

Fantastic House - fantastic location!
Six of us enjoyed a wonderful week long getaway at Burleigh Waters in this fabulous home. The house was perfect for our stay and was only a short drive to the main precinct, Burleigh beach and Tallebudgera dog beach- great location!! We’ll definitely be back!!
