The room was very good, the garage is a great plus, most of all if you have an electric car because you can charge it for free (amazing!). Walking distance from the city centre.

We would have appreciated more variety at the breakfast buffet.

Location

Clean and very nice modern Hotel. The big plus is aircon and underground parking. TV in the room was big and had a lot of channels - this was great during the hot part of the day when sightseing was not possible. Breaktfast was very good and so was the food in the hotel restaurant.

No fridge in the hotelroom, so no option to keep your drinks cool, but luckily there is a 24/7 gas station next door. There was an unpleasant smell from the shower drain. Not a problem for a short stay, but would not like it if we stayed longer.

The room is big, confortable, the food a la carte is great in the restaurant, location very close to old town, the staff is very kind. Parking underground. We felt great .

The hotel's breakfast was above my expectations compared to the room price, walking distance to the center, no parking problem and very spacious room.

Waiters work as front office staff, they could be more friendly and could be much more warm welcoming.

Very nice hotel in Mostar, close to the old city (5 min walking). Big and comfortable room, very quiet. Lovely staff always helpful and kind. Big parking.

Private lot under the hotel, bathroom was spacious

The room was not clean. We saw many hairs on the floor of the bathroom, and also hairs on the bed. There was dust everywhere in the wardrobe.

Modern facility only 10 minute walk from Old Town. Convenient restaurant with a garden area when weather was cool enough to sit outside. The room had a good size window which opened fully allowing fresh air in at night when the temperatures cooled off. There were no screens but leaving the lights off seemed to eliminate bugs coming in.

Thermostat in room was preset at 77 degrees and could not be adjusted. I prefer a cooler room but staff could not override the setting. Why have a room thermostat if it doesn’t work?

Perfect if you’re driving into Mostar to visit Old Town. It’s a 5 minute easy walk to the Old Bridge and sightseeing and dining. It has ample parking, which is scarce in Old Town, and a great restaurant/cafe/bar onsite, for winding down after a long day of walking. Rooms are clean and comfortable, decorated with modern furniture. Some suites have kitchenettes. Bathrooms are clean and modern. Perfect location/amenity balance! And a budget friendly price! Staff are friendly and helpful! We’ve stayed here twice and have been very happy.

Breakfast is fairly basic but still tasty.

Location is good. Parking in underground parking place is very convenient. Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. Our room keys were prepared by the time we arrived, so that was really great. Restaurant area is nice and has a nice outdoor area too.

In my room blinding curtain did not close because there was a table that was stopping it. So in the morning I got trouble of sleeping.

Everything worked well. On the second/last morning of our stay, we were perhaps the only guests having breakfast, as we were guided to the hotel bar and we were offered eggs, bread, fruit etc. to our own table.

The room was a bit too warm (in the beginning of April), the adjustable thermostat/AC did not seem to work. There was some noise from the hotel bar in the late evening, so it's a good idea to bring ear plugs.

Modern, clean and really well built. Hotel is in city centre yet is very quiet. Great in all areas.
