Very good location and Nice pool area. Plenty of parking
The balcony was shared with The neighbour. Not so much storage for a weeks stay

Staff are so kind! Before visiting, they replied to my enquiries very politely, and they also helped me a lot when I stayed at the hotel.
Rooms are super clean with a generous size balcony.
Nothing!

Big pool was good to swim in but smokers are everywhere
Hotel very tired. Rusty outside tables and chairs. Worn out sofas inside. Not for us I could not wait to leave

Location was good.
Very old hotel. Very basic. One plug point to service all our equipment. No coffee/tea facilities in room. AC broke with three days to go and it wasn't repaired. Food in restaurant very poor.

Dear tourists!
This hotel has a responsible and well-behaved management as well as kind and pleasant employees in the reception and restaurant departments for breakfast.
And we had a very good stay there and we will introduce this hotel to our relatives and friends and we will come to this hotel again.
Salimi family - 1st to 6th of August.

In terms of value for money I thought this hotel was fab. Close walking distance down to the lake front, good breakfast and two really nice pools. One of them is a lot quieter and really relaxing whilst the other one was a main attraction for children. Room was of a good size the only downside was the shower wasn't the best.
One thing that could be a big issue for most was that the wifi didn't work really. Could only connect whilst sat out by the main (kid) pool the rest of the time you couldn't connect and would definitely not work in rooms etc, luckily this didn't really bother me as was nice to be off my phone and I did have roaming but something to keep in mind as I didn't realise this was a thing!

The location is very good. Plus parking is on grounds and includes a good garage. I saw this hotel during my last stay at Garda and decided to stay there because it looked like an upgrade. They also have two pools, one with loads of action and the other more chill.
I had a very serious issue with my room that I am still waiting for the manager to respond after 10 days. I had to leave two days early and stay at Bran & Denise up in Marciaga at 3 times the cost. Plus I lost 1 valuable day of vacation.
I brought my issue to the main manager. I was surprised that he was defensive and not at all accommodating. The fact that I had to rebook another hotel with 2 days left did not seem to change his attitude. He offered me another room, which was just a way for him to get out of paying me back for the lost 2 days.
Obviously, I was not trying to cheat the hotel out of money - especially since I went to another hotel up the street and paid triple. But I deserved at least those 2 days paid back - if not 3 for my inconvenience of losing that day dealing with that.

the pool. semi ok parking.
rooms, sunbeds around the pool, weird placement of apartments without accurate directions. overal customer service was minimum low. in one of our rooms a friend has te wallet on the desk and she try’d to take change as if she was demanding a tip.

the staff is extremely helpful
Air condition does not work, it just blows like a fan, it doesn't cool the room! Hotel is advertised as air-conditioned, which is far from the truth! If you are ready to experience hellish heat in the room, go there... Air conditioners are 40 years old and they no longer deserve that title! We ended our vacation two days early because of the unbearable heat in the room

As far as hotels go, this was no different. Friendly and courteous staff. There are two swimming pools so overcrowding was not an issue, and there is a pizza oven at the "big" pool which also services the pool patrons with drinks. Of course the drinks are not free, how ever the service is great. The location of the hotel is also great, just a short 3-4 minute stroll and you are right in the heart of Garda.
Only one thing about the room was the shower was quite small. While it did function as required, the 70cm x 70cm enclosure did make it somewhat cramped for the duration of the shower. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel is located a short walk from restaurants and shops.
The building itself is getting old and the interior needs an update. The WiFi is very slow and only works in the reception and bar (poorly).

Everywhere in hotel was clean and tidy, the location was good with ample free parking, the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel swimming pool policy meant that it was not allowed to take your own food and drinks to the pool area, I can understand that they would not allow you to take your own alcoholic drinks but I didn’t think it was necessary to be told off by the hotel bar staff for hydrating with my own water!!

The pool is nice. Which is unfortunately about the only thing.
No wifi in the room, Aircon not working, rooms are very (!) noisy as the walls are very thin and the mattress was hard as a rock on top of a squeaky bed. I don't want to be too grumpy, sorry, but this is very pragmatically the truth. The room was not too expensive, but still not worth the money.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk to beautiful Garda. The staff was very service minded and pleasant
The beds were from another millennium and really bad. There has probably been no renovation since the hotel was built.

The pool is great
Balcony and view is nice
Friendly staff
Not far from city Centre and the lake
Mold in the bathroom
Broken shower holder
Hard and uncomfortable bed
20min waiting time to get breakfast
Breakfast wasn't very good (hard buns, coffee tasted bad)

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the coast in a quiet location. Its equipment dates back to the 1970s and is therefore considerably outdated. An exception is the room on the 4th floor, the superstructure. Modern, significantly larger and nicer rooms are located here. But also more expensive.
The second room we had original where there was an absolutely tragic bathroom. Shower built into miniature areas, broken toilet seat. And if you are travelling by car like us, the parking capacity is very limited and cars are literally everywhere. However, we often did not find a place to park on the premises.

The swimming pools was fun and breakfast was good, located near the lakeside
The rooms were not soundproof, old styling of the structure

2 Pools with enough sunbeds. Balkony of the room was nice but shared with neighbors.
Hotel claims to have wifi but internet speed is super slow and only available in the lobby. NO WIFI in the rooms.
Breakfast was a disaster- overly full, bad organized (no self service due to corona but poorly managed with long cues through the whole room), breakfast ends at 9:30 (in your holiday) and also not tasty. Coffee from a Maschine, not Italian coffee.
While trying to relax at the pool there was really loud noise from staff cleaning the area with a loan blower - over 1 hour and again on the next day. This shows no costumer focus.

Staff courtesy. I booked last minute and I also asked to checkout a bit later on the day, they kindly assist me with no extra charge.
I had a single room, essential in the furniture by spot clean,.and they are careful with hand sanitizers at every corner.
The swimming pool is wide and well maintained.
