Things to know: The fireplace is non-functional *The pool or pool spa can be heated upon request for guest stays of three nights or longer! 24 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $72 per day plus tax must be paid prior to check-in. The pool and spa can be heated to 87 degrees (no jets) or the spa (only) can be heated with jets to 102 degrees **Please note that the city of La Quinta has a vacation rental ordinance requiring a minimum of one occupant to be at least 30 years of age. This person will be responsible for ensuring all applicable laws and rules are followed by the group of renters Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. From the entry courtyard to the master bath tile defines this charming get away. Located within walking distance to La Quinta and a short drive from the tennis garden makes it ideal place to stay while attending Indian Wells tournament.

This house is nicely situated near the Fred Wolfe Nature trail that we love. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and nice dishware. Only negatives: living area very small,. pool tiny (and expensive!) and the smoke detector went off every time we used the oven!

So far everything is great, there were a few spots that could be cleaner like the kitchen table gaps ( food in between), also we got bitten by spiders or some insects inside the house, but that may be part of the summer experience. Other than that it was a great family get away!

This place has great potential but needs to be better cared for. The pool was dirty - you can see these bugs swimming around the boarders eating the algae… on our last day they seemed to multiply. Im not sure if the pool is professionally cleaned… if yes?!? Well you might need to find a new pool guy cause he’s not very good. Found a huge ROACH in the restroom luckily they have bug spray available but that really ruined the whole trip… who wants these issues when looking to relax. I sent pictures to the property managers and not a word… these people aren’t very attentive.

Lovely pool that is just the right temperature unheated during summer. Two lounges to relax in with coffee in the morning. Clean and spacious accommodations with comfortable bedding. Well stocked kitchen, close to Old Town La Quinta with great places to eat. Will book again 👍👍👍

Nice area. Pool was perfect temperature, not heated. Smaller than expected. No laps or diving. Nice living quarters and bedrooms. Very comfortable. Washer and dryer in garage. Nice to have! Would definitely rent again! Thank you!

Great house, very pretty and had everything we needed for our stay. My only complaints would be it was frustrating having to wait on the customer service line for a long time every time I had a question about the house since it is owned by a company instead of an individual owner. The hot tub does not heat up to the temperature mentioned in the post and seems like something is wrong with it.

Had a fantastic stay at Villa Obregon. Loved the colorful interior decorating and comfortable accommodations. The pool was the highlight and we spent almost all our time swimming. If you stay here during hot weather, I would suggest bringing umbrellas. We had a few and used them for shade while we soaked. I recommend this place and would definitely return again!

Property was clean and check-in was easy. Great communication from Vacasa! The beds were comfortable, house is very cute! Kitchen has cooking tools, pots, pans, but we had to run out for condiments and ziplocks. It was a hot weekend, so we loved the pool and enjoyed watching movies. Thanks for a great stay!
