お部屋も、温泉も、スタッフの皆さんも、大変良かったです。 気持ち良く、過ごせました。

お風呂の換気扇のカバーが、ホコリがたまっていたので、そこをお掃除して頂けたら、完璧でした。

時代遅れ

客室が清潔だった。 洗面所が良い匂いでした。 大浴場があり良かった。 製氷機が無かったが、カウンターでコップに入った、コンビニで買うような氷を何回でも頂けて、お得感がありました。

駐車場がいっぱいで駐車出来ず、別のコインパーキングの案内をしてもらうまでにだいぶ待ちました。 エレベーターがなかなか来なかった。

空港からも近く自分達の行動するのにとても便利でした。 朝食もとても美味しくお気に入りの一つです。温泉も充実してて最高でした。

ツインを夫婦で泊まったのですが、お部屋の空きスペースが狭くトランクを開けたら歩くのに不便でした。 あとクローゼットもないので服や小物を散らかしてしまわなきゃいけないことが嫌でした。

とににかく綺麗です。 そして、朝食が美味しくて、つい食べ過ぎてしまい、お昼ごはんがいらないくらいです。 温泉も気持ち良いです。 昨年泊まって、とても良かったので今年もリピさせていただきました。 来年も、泊まりたいと思います。

あまり広いとは言えず、スーツケースをせいせい広げることは難しいです。 あと、部屋のお風呂の換気扇に埃が溜まっていました。

Reasonably comfortable beds, fairly quiet area of Naha. The parking was easy to use and the attendants were helpful, bear in mind though it's a 60 car stacker so larger vehicles won't be able to use it. Availability is also limited but once you've got your car in your slot is reserved for the duration of your stay. Good size bathroom with a fairly deep bath. Good sound isolation between rooms.

Whilst the hotel itself is quite family friendly it is located in an area of Naha which is maybe less so, there are a large number of 18+ venues in the immediate vicinity, and if you are a male-presenting foreigner walking through the area unaccompanied you will more than likely get approached. Our fridge was either faulty or just set too cold, everything we put in it the first night froze. The core of the building is a breezeway so you do get a bit of street noise through the door. Our room (Twin High-Floor) was quite small, I would not recommend it to travelers with "clam shell" style suitcases, the only place we were able to open one of our suitcases was on the bed. No humidifier/air purifier provided (though we did note that some other room types do have humidifier/purifiers). Not much in the area by way of food options.

A small room, but a beautiful location, and love their rooftop bar/ restaurant. The breakfast is a feast! :)

Incredible onsen and the two see-through pools, but they are not good at advertising when it is open and closed (seasonally) same goes for their massages etc. And there are absolutely NO TATTOOS allowed, to the point where they will be rude to let you know.

値段の安さに対して十分な満足のできるホテルでした。10月終わりでしたので、プールは少し寒かったですが、温水の小プールがあったので、楽しめました。また利用したいです。

近くにラブホテル街があるので、夜の歩いての散歩には不向き。異様な感じがします。それぐらいかなぁ。

立地が最悪。ソープランド街、ラブホテル街の一角にある。夜も朝も呼び込みに声を掛けられまくり、精神的ダメージを受けた。 子供がいる家族や外国人旅行客も多く泊まっていたので、事前に立地特性をサイトに明記しておくべきだ。

Onsen and pool (2nd floor was open, rooftop closed) Close to Naminoe shrine and beach, easy to walk into Naha and to ferry port.

Have to walk past about 20 soaplands to get to town centre. Room is small. Parking available but at an additional fee.

Las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas y la comida del restaurante era espectacular.

El nivel de inglés de los recepcionistas, sobre todo, uno de ellos podría ser un poco más alto.

Great accommodation and great value. Free airport pickup and drop off 2 open-air swimming pools!

Slightly away from downtown shopping area 20 minutes walk away but we didn't mind as the hotel was so nice.

エレベーター前のお部屋の宿泊でしたがドア薄いのか、他の人の声が聞こえて眠れませんでした。

Das Onsen und der Skypool sind sehr schön. Das Bad ist klein aber effizient eingerichtet. Die Lounge Kleidung ist toll. Der Speisesaal ist groß und bietet beim Frühstück einen Blick ins Grüne. Mit dem Abkleben der Tattoos kann die Rezeption zu Not auch Abhilfe schaffen. Mit dem Thema wird auch sehr verständnisvoll seitens des Service umgegangen. Mitarbeiter beantworteten ohne Probleme auch Fragen zu Taxis, Preisen und Tourismus Zielen. Die Innenstadt ist ungefähr eine halbe Stunde Fußweg entfernt, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Auf dem Weg dorthin gibt es einen Schrein, den Citystrand und einen japanischen Garten mit tollem Restaurant.

Leider musste ich mein Tattoo abkleben für das Onsen und alle Swimmingpools, da ich sonst keinen Zugang erhalte. Glücklicherweise hatte ich in Voraussicht bereits gut klebende hautfarbene Sticker besorgt. Ich war jedoch davon ausgegangen, dass das Verbot nur für das Onsen gilt. Selbst das Sonnenbad am Pool wäre ohne Sticker nicht erlaubt. Das hat mich dann trotz des höflichen Umganges des Personals etwas traurig gemacht. Nächstes Mal würde ich vielleicht ein etwas größeres Zimmer mit Balkon nehmen.

ナイトプール、温泉、美味しい朝食

夜になると、完全に繁華街でラブホやソープで驚いた

とてもキレイ。温泉も好きなだけ入れた。冷たいお水のサービスが嬉しい。朝食が沖縄料理で最高だった。宅急便、タクシー等手配もきちんとしてくれた。

もう１部屋予約したかったが満室で残念。温泉終わるのが早くて24時間入れるかと思っていたけど違った。温泉にたくさんの人数が入ったら洗い場が目詰まりしていた。対応は早くて、流れるようになっていた。 周りの環境は仕方ないけど、ソープに囲まれていてびっくりした。

Nothing. Everything was great

The room with the Tatami was very nice - enough space, view over parts of the city and the feeling to stay in a traditional Japanese house was great. Also, the little hot tub on the terrace was an amazing experience! The breakfast buffet is totally worth the money.

The area around it is probably not the best and the walk to the centre of town takes a bit.

The room I was showed when booking was not the room I was giving at the hotel. It was much smaller and not what I wanted.

Two swimming pools and onsen were just amazing! The view from the roof pool is wonderful. The Nepali female staff extremely kind, professional and helpful.

I wish the top floors had a desk ( we stayed at the 12th floor).
