could have had a couple childs plates dishes cups ect just a thought

the place is ideal for a group of friends, we were there for walking and steampunk and the location is perfect, can’t fault the property in anyway, would definitely use again

The property was everything we wanted and more. Everything was perfect.

All very straight forward. Nice place, perfect for us. Owners very helpful as we request a change. Our second visit as a group so obviously like.

Had to buy some extra toilet roll bit that could just have been a little oversight as everything else great with nice surprise left on arrival.

Would recommend and likely to stay again. Warm welcome. Very clean. Large dining table in separate dining room and enough seating in lounge for the number of guests, 3 sofas plus a couple of chairs. Sensor lighting in corridors handy for little ones during the night. Good quality kitchen items including large cooker and fridge. Close to centre of Filey. Short walk to beach. Round the corner from rail station, supermarket and pub.

We had to leave refuse items in the kitchen (bagged up and separated for separate bins) as the outside bins were full. Cold tiled floors in some areas of the ground floor...we should have taken our slippers.
