Just perfect

Lovely apartment with a brilliant sea view from the terrace. Perfect location for visiting the old town. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful location, but property does not meet expectations

The location is very good. Beach front, beautiful garden, easy to get to Zadar by bus. The station is just behind the corner.

Unfortunately, there were a few things we didn't like. First and foremost, it was not the balcony, but a porch, and from there you can't really see the sea because of trees growing just in front of it. Second, it needs deep cleaning because of the mold in the shower and around the bathroom window. Moreover, when showering water would not run down the drain fast enough, so you need to stand in the soapy water. That also is uncomfortable if you want to shower immediately after another person. Third, WiFi connection was basically non-existing, only sometimes working in the mornings. To top it up, we were asked to pay in cash, which was not stated when booking property. Furthermore, we needed to require the receipt and the host did not look very happy about it.

Very happy place

Excellent place for families: with garden, air conditioning, comfortable, very nice host. Next to the Borik beach with a sea view, bus stop, a supermarket. 15 minutes by bus to get to Zadar old town. We loved it.

Wonderful place in the best location!

Fantastic location, couldn't imagine it better! Beautiful house, apartment with terrace overlooking the sea, very easy to find. Place was spotless and very comfortable. I recommend it to everyone :)

One of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed at

The apartment is absolutely amazing. Super clean, cozy, spacious, and with an amazing terrace. It felt like home! Totally recommend and want to come back already!

Best place on our 30 days in Croatia!!

location to the water! fantastic boardwalk for miles!! comfortable space, wonderful owners! a very mature garden with lime, mandarin, pomegranate and olive tree that we could eat freely from!! great full kitchen.

absolutely nothing. the owner even gave us her swim towels so the crazy Canadians could float in the Adriatic!!

Exceptional

Where to start… we absolutely loved our stay at Apartments Lucija! :) We wanted a peaceful gateaway and we relaxed like a lot. Place is great, with everything you need and an amazing view. In the morning you can enjoy breakfast on a porch with the view on a water. Owners are absolutely lovely and very helpful. Our flight was very late and they were so nice and let us leave our luggage and stay a bit longer which helped us a lot. We can’t wait to come back next year! :)

Superb

The flat is amazing and the owner as well. Flat in front of the sea with an amazing view from the terrace. Everything was very accurate and it easy to understand the passion that Lucja have put in those flats.

Perfect place to rest at the sea! Easy access to Zadar!

We were on the top floor of the house with a terrace overlooking the sea! Spectacular!

The internet didn't work very well--the signal was weak

super stylish apartment on the coastline in a calm neighborhood not far from Zadar old Town (by car 10 min), host is nice but doesn't speak English well - better use the translator. there were no shampoos and shower gels, but the host provides everything upon request. gorgeous sea view from the window

An amazing stay with a stunning view from a super sweet host.

Loved the location, view from the patio, spacious apartment, lovely host and comfy sofa.

Roof top appartment with excellent view - good value in low season

I booked the One-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Sea View end of November 21 and was disappointed, that the balcony was a terrace at groundfloor level. Fortunateley I could change with surcharge to the roof top apartment: Excellent view over the sea and islands. Spaceous appartment. Nice furniture. Excellent kitchen. Parking just in front of the bulding. Bus stop also just in front of the building. Walking to the old city center takes 50 min. Good value in low season. I would book again in low season.

On the beach!!!

Location, location, location!!!! Everything was okay. A perfect short holiday on the beach! Stana, the owner and her husband were very nice and friendly. The apartment was just like on the pics - very good. On the beach!!!

10/10 - very nice apartament with beautiful garden and lovely host :)

The top tarrace is available only for roof apartments guests, not for w everybody. It is not a problem because garden is beautiful!
