I like the place. Its comforting and near panagsama. There is an outdoor pool. I thought there was a tv but it was okay. Wifi also is very working. We loved our stay ❤

I like it as it was a quite place, staffs are friendly always greets you every time they see you, even let me stay for about half an hour past my checkout as it was raining big plus! . Also I like the pool because it has a deep part. Also allowed me to fly my drone.
Hope those Bermuda grass will grow when i get back. CR could have some improvements like add a bidet for the toilet and floor barrier between the shower and toilet area. hope the resorts own restaurant will re-open soon. promising resort

Nothing. Awful.
This was the WORST place we have stayed in all of Philippines. The staff were so unhelpful, we stayed in a standard room which was just a fan. the room was unbearably hot. the pictures look nothing like the advert. There was a huge hole in the netting of the window, we woke up in the middle of the night with ghekkos and spiders all over the walls. we had originally booked for 2 nights but left after 1. honestly awful, I would avoid at all costs.

Very nice staff, great location (not in the center, but very calm and fast to reach all needed places), very quiet ac
No tv in the room, internet is not working/slow, only sheet to cover yourself (no bigger blanket)

They are very friendly and helped us a lot with the kids and to organise our days or day trips around. They also provided the room with a small mattress.
The breakfast is very very basic. The room is too small to be with children. The bathroom cannot be used properly with the kids after showering cause the water remains on the floor. Anyone knows the hotel by the name of Nativ House and the location in Google maps is not right. So ask in advance how to go there. They will help you for sure.

The hosts Igor and Arlene were amazing. They helped us find good deals for activities, even helped us find medecines when I got injured, and had some beers with us. The hotel was close to the bars in the area and it was very easy to commute to the locations around.

nice deep pool, and location was good.

We liked the location near to beach and restaurants and bars.
The name has changed so it was hard to find plus the photos of pool area is out dated does not look like that anymore and over priced for the facilities in 2 other places we stay there half the price with more service and facilities so dissatisfied but the room was OK but basic..

Lovely service from staff and Owners ❤️✌️
Helps with everything 👍
No sunbeds at the pool, like the picture.
Room: Fan didn't work. No controller for the AC. staff turned it on with remote from another room.

This was my second time visiting Native house resort. I was there before covid started and it was perfect. Five minutes away from resort there is beautiful beach where you can experience snorkeling. In the sea are milions of sardines and you can also see turtles and other sea life which you cant expirience in europe.
Rooms are simple but clean, with nice terrace overlooking the pool.
Few months ago was typhoon in Cebu. The wind blown away almost half of the resort.
They did amazing job with fixing the resort only surrounding need a little touch.
Typhoon also left alot of damage on Moalboal infrastructures (electricity, water, etc.)
So sometimes there short electrical burnout in Moalboal, so when that hapen resort doesn't have running water because the pumps don't work.
Staff informed me that they are waiting for new generator that will solve this problem.
The staff was very sweet, they arange you whatever you need like transport to airport and other activities around Moalboal
All and all it was a great expirience and I would recommend it to everyone.

Nothing, the place was so terrible after 12 hours of traveling we left immediately and carried our luggage to another hotel.
The place was filthy. Nothing worked, including running water.

Location was good. Near to the sea.
After the first night we choose to look for another place because there was a big group of people staying on the resort making a lot of noise in and around the swimming pool area ( which is in front of the rooms). This went on till at least 10pm in the evening and started the next morning again around 5am. We got the feeling we where located in a student hostel. Because it seemed there was no supervision we didn’t wait for things to get better and went looking for a other resort ( early morning). The experience was quite painful for us. We looked forward to go to Moalboal, but the experience gave us a stressful beginning of this part of our trip (especially for my wife who is pregnant) looking for a resort to stay with our suitcases walking true Moalboal. We also never received any compensation or at least an apology.Don’t visit this resort if you want to have a relaxed stay in this area. There are much better options. The room itself is okay. Not very clean.

Nothing
Everything. It is difficult to think how this accommodation could be worse. It is no longer called ‘Native House’ and clearly the original owner, who earned the good reviews that you can read about this “resort”, left a long time ago. The photos must have been taken when the place was new and there seems to have been no maintenance for many years. The uncomfortable beds had some kind little bugs all over them. which I had to remove myself. There is no running water in the morning, so we could not flush the toilet or brush teeth or shower. The AC units are very noisy which makes it difficult to sleep. The bathrooms are quite dirty. The “included breakfast” was provided on the first day only and it was awful, the next day nobody was even on site to make it. It consisted of dry toast, eggs and instant coffee made with milk powder. There were no condiments, butter, jams available, only salt. There was nowhere nice to sit and eat. We ate it out of politeness, then we walked down the road and ate something decent. There is no other food or drinks served at this property, not even water. There was hardly ever anybody at the property, and during my 4 night stay the room was never cleaned and beds were never made. Luckily we spent most of our time doing activities and not at the property. We did not book activities through the “resort” because they were cheaper to book elsewhere with people who actually seemed to care. The wifi is very unreliable. The location is not awful but not great either. This may once have been a nice little resort with great service, now it is possible the worst place to stay in Moalboal.

The staff is nice and friendly, especially Eirin who tried to help us in everything -from early breakfast to booking van and attractions. The breakfast is enough for us - eggs or pancakes and coffee (Nescafé 😔)
The property needs total renew !!broken bras ,toilet etc .Outdoor aria looks very poor.

The staff were all fantastic and couldn't do more for us.
The property was damaged by the recent typhoon. It is still a little rough but I'm sure it will be beautiful again soon.

Having a hard time registering at Moalboal tourism office due to the resort didn’t update their new property name (formerly Getaway Resort). The room is nice however I suggest to set-up a cotton bed cover and thick blanket for a more comfortable sleep. I suggest to hung the fire extinguisher less than four inches above the floor to make it accessible. The mirror in the toilet is too high, like, I’m 5.5” tall but I can only see my face and neck. Also, I suggest to deploy an electrical outlet inside the tiolet for the guest who would love to use hair dryer. Please provide a garbage bin outside the room. On our 2nd night, we requested a breakfast to be served at 9:30am in the following day. At 8am in the morning, I reminded the staff regarding on our breakfast but at 10am, still breakfast is not served yet so we followed it up at the reception but they said they forget it. We also requested a hot drinking water at night they said they will deliver it to our room but they didn’t. I noticed that Staffs are not attentive to our request.

Nice place, good deco, room really clean. Nice swimming pool and good location close to the center, bars and restaurants. Good quality/price
No fridge in the bedroom, and nothing to make the clothes dry.
In the "countryside" so cock are singing every morning (but like almost everywhere in Philippines).
No sweet breakfast, no juice, only eggs (scrambles, fried or omelette).
Only 3 longchairs by the pool and very uncomfortable.
