Staff very benevolent , courteous and complaisant. Excellent breakfasts. Cleanliness. We are travelling 2 families , 4 adults and 4 big children, and stuff of the hotel allowed us to spend our time in the evening in free VIP/dining room. In Bathrooms - towels, soap, toilet paper and shampoo. Payment on the day of arrival.

As wrote above, we are travelled 2 families , 4 adults and 4 big children and ordered 4 rooms. Only in 1 room (in last flour) was small fridge. In all rooms -no bar, no teapot, no cups, no slippers. We stay for 6 nights - towels was not changed( i'm not talking about cleaning). Bed Wi-Fi, pillows. In our small bathroom was not any hanger or stool to put things. In another room It was not possible to approach the bed from both sides, it was back to back to two walls. There were also windows along the entire wall and it was impossible to put up shutters because the windows were facing the street. No elevator (there are 3 floors )

Keep in mind it’s a pension and not a hotel - they won’t clean the rooms daily and the beds was too hard for me. These are very small niggles - it’s a great place to stay and amazing price.

Fantastic, high-class pet friendly apartment. Great service. Great value. The rooms are huge and well appointed. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff fast and responsive and generous - going above and beyond the call of duty again and again. We will surely be returning to this hotel in the years to come and we extend our highest. Totally worth the 5 stars and the price ! Thank you

Don't book here. As a travel writer, I know the options in this city well. There is MUCH better value to be found elsewhere in Liberec. I was extremely disappointed. Biggest problem: There was a wedding booked with a reception party and loud music in the room directly below mine. At around 10:30pm I went downstairs to ask the staff when the party would finish (so I could sleep). I received a shrug and "probably around 2am" with no apology. They continued with loud music and shouting until 2:30am. If anyone told me about this wedding while booking, or even when I was checking in, I could have stayed somewhere else. Other problems: - WIFI was spotty and cut out frequently. - No light switches or available outlets near the bed. - All staff and guests were unmasked indoors the whole time, and I was never asked for proof of vaccination or test (as required by law), which gave me low confidence in their COVID safety standards. - Despite the idyllic setting on a reservoir, my room faced the busy road in the back, with motorcycles, cars, and sirens blaring by all night. - In a room surrounded by windows, the shades were broken on almost every side. Broken window shades meant I couldn't block out the headlights from the road or street lights.

The breakfast is superb. The hotel's restaurant is equipped with top level coffee machine and the staff knows how to use it. Also very good wine selection at the restaurant and dry aged beef for steaks.

Wider beer selection would make great addition to beverages' menu.
