Rooms, food and facilities were very good but what made the place very special was the staff….everyone was so welcoming, friendly and happy to help.

Might be a bit out of way for some folks and do need to negotiate steps but otherwise everything was great as it is.

The staff were amazing, especially Ari, Juli and Dessy. The rooms were clean and spacious with an amazing view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The property is hard to access by car, due to the roads not being fully developed. This is countered by staff being extremely helpful and offering to carry bags down to the room and up on departure.

The view is insane and the balcony is great to take it in. The pool and restaurant area is lovely.

The very noisy grinding sliding door to the balcony needs oiling. We did mention it to the staff but wasn’t addressed. Apart from that it was lovely.

Staff was too polite especially Juli, Daisy and Adi were too attentive towards us. They made our stay more comfortable.

Roads to reach hotel.

Nice hotel with very big room and terrace. Great view facing the sea. Clean, tidy. Nice SPA with lots of massage options. The restaurant serves one of the best food, really enjoyed their dinner and breakfast. Super friendly stuff!

The road to the hotel was challenging, very bumpy, tide and hard to drive. Better to take a taxi. The hotel located uphill, no elevator, so you need to go all the way down and up

The views were beautiful, the food was great, it was serene and quiet, the sounds of the birds happily playing was awesum

On arrival to get to the reception area, there's a walk down a really steep hill which is cobbled and has loose stones, then further down there are approx 40 steps, there are no flat surfaces to go for a walk , everything is up and down steps. The spa is also down more steps. And leaving the hotel it's back up the steps and steep cobbled path. Not the best if you have an old injury. We also found out that it is a very dry island and minimal water, hence the hotel running out of water, we had none for 8 hours in our room, at no time were we advised that this was happening or going to happen, untill we called and then were told they didn't know how long till it will be fixed, so not water to wash hands, flush toilet or shower. Were put off going on tour as were told we had to share a car with 6 other people, and it was very hot, for $65 a head we expected more car space.. We never found out untill the morning we left that we could of taken a boat trip to Lembongan Island,which we would of seriously considered if we were advised or given the option. You needed a driver to go anywhere other wise you are stuck at the hotel as it's quite a drive in on hilly narrow, bendy roads.

Loved the ocean views, the pool, the food, the drinks and the service. All great. Room was spacious with great bag storage. The room and bed was comfortable and the room felt very private. Balcony was spacious. Loved how you can see the ocean views from the shower and the shower was huge! The food was priced well and tasted good and the drinks were great my favorite was the sangria. I recommend having dinner around sunset, I was so pretty! The pool was very nice too. Location was ideal, a little far from Diamond beach/Atuh beach if you want to explore over there, but with an early morning start we had no problem making the trip over there. Hotel provided pickup and drop off to and from the harbor which is very convenient! Also I appreciate the staff coming to our room with a cake to sing happy birthday to me, so thoughtful!

Loved everything, room was at the bottom though so lots of steps but we didn’t mind it!
