Coming over from STAY in Kyoto, the check-in process was even more seamless as they ported the information over. Absolutely amazing! I would go back and would repeat my stay with them!
For once, the photos provided on the internet (e.g., booking.com, Google, japanhotels, agoda) did not do this space justice. This space inspire rest & rejuvenation packed into a comfortable room.
The lightings, small-room furniture and facilities (outdoor spa, indoor sauna) made this place amazing. My mom fell sick and we needed some medication, the receptionist stayed overtime and showed us places where we could get it! The mood lightings made it really comfortable to nurse the stress from the hustles and bustle of living in Shinjuku amazing.
Location keys: we are beside the JR lines so the day pass is really useful! Also, one junction away from Japanese K-town.
We booked this space for three people, though spare bedding and pillows were given, we had to set the sofa bed on our own. Aside from that, the design of the sheet of the sofa-bed made it feel unkept and dusty. It would've been better if the space was made for us.

Person is friendly. They cared about our request.
The motion sensor at the entrance to the room was sensitive and the light turned on when I turned over in bed. It was like a police interrogation.

Location close to restaurants , shops and train station. Queen bed was comfortable.
Outside bath was rusty so we couldn't use .
Bamboo bars on ceiling over our bed had collected dust .
Kettle and water offered but no tea bags

Clean, comfortable beds, one subway stop from Shinjuku, close to restaurants, great bidet.
You do need to walk through a dark street where men are hanging around sometimes but I was fine since I was with my husband. Hotel only offered water bottles when we switched out the towels. Their front desk is only staffed after check in hours. No laundry available.

We love the set up, design and decoration of the room. The room was well equipped with a refrigerator, a kettle, microwave and utensils. The bathroom was very clean and the automated toilet was the highlight. The pillows were so comfortable and there 2 pillows per person. That is a deluxe.
There is not enough place to hang jackets. There were several clothes hangar but hardly space to hang. Just maximum 2 jackets.

Everything!
You hear a faint sound of train in the morning, but not disturbing in any case.

Nice walk to Shinjuku
Ok for a short stay
Loud - you could hear the train passing by. Earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
They had such sensitive move sensor in the room that every time we moved our legs at night the light turned on and woke us up several times - annoying

Beautiful little apartment accommodation hidden away from the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance of all the action! Comfortable stay for 4 adults and close to the train stations to explore all Tokyo has to offer.

Very clean and the bathroom is good.
Not fit for family. It’s too small for family members and to organize luggage .

Location is good.
No cleaning of rubbish bins and no collecting of wet towels on daily basis.

The design and layout of the room, especially the balcony as they have a spa tub and shower facilities at outside.
The fridge could be bigger.

location and clean
the window can’t open and there is a spot light outside the room window that put on the whole night and curtain can’t block the light. It was quite annoying as we have been used to sleep in the dark. Told the hotel people but they said can’t turn off.

staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Their office hours finished at 9pm however due to our late flight they arranged for someone to remain at the desk until 11pm. I had asked about laundry facilities prior to arriving and they provided me a print out on arrival with three nearby locations and a QR code for their location on a map. Definitely went above and beyond. The room was spacious with good kitchen amenities. The triple room was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 1 child. The room was very clean and we were offered a choice of 2 dates we would prefer the cleaners to tidy up as we were staying for 9 nights. It was also well appointed with 2 train lines nearby making it extremely convenient for getting around. overall very impressed. 10/10 would stay here again.

Very comfortable. All new facilities. Compact and nice kitchenette facilities. Love the toilet! Room was lovely set out. Compact. Being near Rail line was not an issue with sound. 2 minute walk to Okubo Station which is one station from Shinjuku Station.
Hand brush to pick up hair off the floor. Due to Covid, room service was done once during stay of 4-5 day stay. This was fine, just need brush/ pan or lint roller to pick up hair off floor. Otherwise fantastic!
