The home was exactly as described. The amenities were excellent as well. The kitchens were well stocked. We had a lot of coffee drinkers and so often there are not enough mugs and plates, there were more than enough. I have talked to almost all who were there and they are very happy with the experience.

Loved the stay! Cam was a wonderful host, very prompt in responding to any of our queries. When we thought on of the showers was broken/not working (it wasn’t), she was going to dispatch help immediately!
The home itself was well stocked with essentials (utensils and other amenities). Even though there is a community behind the stay, the vegetation around the house and the drive up to the stay gives us a much desired sense of privacy!
Thanks Cam, would love to visit again! Highly recommend for a large family or friends!

We had a great week. Beautiful porch views. Nice kitchen. Lots of room. Big dining room table. Just as advertised. Thanks

This house was a great fit for an extended family vacation. Lots of sleeping and gathering options for our group of 15.
We also loved the easy access to Asheville which was our main area of interest. But if you do plan to check out Weaverville, the Well-Bred Bakery Downtown was great!
Camile was a great and responsive host. Thanks again!

The rental was very nice for our large number of guests and close to downtown. Very clean upon check-in. You have to wash and dry at least one load of linens and towels and take all trash out to the dumpster so allot time prior to departing the house for tasks your last morning.

We were so happy to find this home in Weaverville for a family reunion!
With the number of beds, everyone had their space and the downstairs basement apartment is a like having an additional house! Huge!
The back porch has a lovely view, which drew us to this location in the first place. It was a great place to sit and chat. With 9 of us, it was good that some of us brought soccer sideline chairs for seating there.
The dining table sat 8, but we were able to use our extra chairs again here. The kitchen was totally stocked with everything you could ever need. It has a drip coffeemaker - I always want to know this when I rent, so I hope this helps someone. There were filters & even coffee for us! So many spices and every gadget you could ever need. Best stocked VRBO kitchen I've ever seen.
There were TV's in the front room, the master and in the basement apartment, and we were able to sign in to our subscriptions to watch the Final Four.
There were tons of towels for use, and many from upstairs came to use the main floor master bath as it had the best water pressure & space. There wasn't any place to hang towels in the basement apartment, but I think that's been remedied with some hooks since our departure.
The only negative of our whole experience, which was great, was the pipes in the walls banged when the upstairs bath was used, waking up many of us in the night. All in all, it was a minor price to pay for all being together comfortably under one roof!
Thanks to Cam!

Cam, the host, was great. She was incredibly responsive to questions. We did have a problem with the heat in the house when we first arrived. But Cam immediately responded and a repair person was dispatched immediately after Cam and I connected. The house itself was well appointed, and had plenty of space as advertised. The driveway was quite treacherous, so 4 wheel drive cars are recommended especially in bad weather. The only significant concern is with respect to Uber. They are not willing to pick up at this location at all. We made numerous attempts with both Uber and Lyft over a period of several days and were not successful at getting a single ride. As long as you prepare to drive yourself, it isn’t a concern. Overall, it was a very nice house with a lovely view, and would recommend it. Thanks Cam!

Excellent with beautiful views and plenty of room for friends and family group. Only 30mins to downtown Asheville and airport.

Home had plenty of space for our group of 11. Kitchen well equipped for many cooks. The exterior paint could be touched up.
There were lots of nice towels, but almost no hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms. Imagine 11 people showering and no place to put the wet towels. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Could use dressers in the bedrooms.. We were there for a week and had no place to put our folded clothes. The driveway is very steep and winding (and we were told that) but there is one corner that is hard to see especially at night. A sign with an arrow pointing the way the drive goes would be helpful. The complaints are minor and easily fixed. All in all it was a wonderful place for our family Christmas reunion. Owner was very nice to work with and responsive when we had a question.

Love the mountains. Great views, very nice home with lots of space. Great kitchen & dining. Only improvement would be more chairs in T V areas & bedrooms. No place to sit in bedrooms except beds & master bath could use benches & hooks to hang things. Wonderful walk in shower, deck is great to visit on & watch bunnies & large selection of birds. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Had a blast - close to town, close to golf (Reem’s Creek is great), great views - place had it all

The house was perfect for our board retreat. There were only 7 of us so there was plenty of room to spread out and there were multiple hangout spaces so when we split up into smaller groups there were plenty of locations inside and outside.

We stayed here for five nights with our family of 10 adults and 13 kids. The house was great for us, with plenty of sleeping space for everyone, and several different hangout spaces so that the adults and kids could all have their space. Location is great - close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and all the hiking there, and a reasonable drive to Asheville.

Worked for us!
The house was convenient to Asheville and many trails that we used for training. It id in a nice low traffic, and friendly neighborhood. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and appliances to accommodate our large group of eating machines. .
The one thing I needed warning of is the driveway. Steep uphill then right turn on another steep uphill on gravel and another sharp left up steep gravel driveway. I wasn't expecting that and I was driving a large van. It might be in the information and I just missed it.
We were missing a pump for an air mattress and the host got back to me immediately on how to take care of the situation. Cleaning under and in the pullout beds could have been better, but I found the vacuum and took care of it. The basement apartment is very cold and we could not regulate it, but there were enough extra blankets to stay warm at night. Showers went cold, but we had 19 people and that’s to be expected. There are two older patio chairs that were worn and someone went through one of them just by sitting on it. There could be a few more board games and maybe corn hole to keep the group busy.
BUT, of these things would keep me from staying here again. It was enough space for a large group and it was a nice location for our purpose. I appreciate you opening your property up to us and hope to be back next summer.

We had a fantastic stay. The house had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and having a washer and dryer was a bonus. The best part about the home was the view from the deck- perfect to enjoy your morning coffee - or really anything, any time of day. Because it’s up on a hill, you get a spectacular view, but you’ll need to drive to get to nearby hikes, parks and downtown Weaverville or Asheville.

Great View and a Beautiful House
Overall a great place to stay. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. Linens were very nice and there were plenty. The big negative is the internet. Had to be reset once or twice a day and the bandwidth was not up to 5 adults with multiple devices trying to connect at the same time. Because of the remote location, the internet was from a cellular provider. They just can't provide enough bandwidth via a wireless connection. I recommend this house for a family that is trying to unplug and enjoy the outdoors. However, the streaming only TV connection seemed to work very well.
The only other issue was juggling 3 bathrooms for 5 adults. It would be a real issue if the house was full.

Great view, great location, nice house
Overall really enjoyed our stay. The views from the deck are awesome especially in the morning. The space was perfectly adequate for our party. Really loved the retractable awning. It was close to everything we wanted to do and close to Asheville. There are nice shops and food places in the area. We loved the town of Weaverville and the local park was really nice. The bathrooms and rooms were good size and the house was well stocked with essentials.
Only a couple of caveats --
1) Internet - their provider speed is quite slow and seemed to run out of data so at some points it was not working. The owner was quick to address the issue but even with enough data the speed was like 12 Mbs so it was hardly enough to watch a Netflix show on one TV without pausing for loading. We were not there to be online so it was not a big deal for us. I gather internet in that area is all like this so not much you can do. I had ATT on my phone which worked for data and their was reception in the area so at least for people with phones it was fine.
2) There are only three full baths which for the amount of people was tricky. Not the owner's fault as I should have checked that before booking. We probably would have still booked the place as it met our other needs.
