The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked perfectly. There were also hangers and plenty of space to unpack. The restaurant was tasty and breakfast the next morning was just as good.

The bathroom was tiny and dated, we stayed right over the bar so it was loud at all times of the day and the smokers smoked right under our window so it was too loud and smoky to open the window for fresh air.

I think I had the best room, on the second floor at the back. It had a nice window, good heating, was spacious and comfortable. The young people downstairs in the bar were all very helpful

The rooms at the front over the street may be noisy, depending what time you want to sleep.
